SALARY RANGE $48,000.00 - $65,649.00 Annually $1,846.15 - $2,524.96 Bi-weekly Position Summary This is a highly responsible position serving the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) State Office whose role includes but not limited to: providing statewide coordination, direction, and specific technical assistance to the Regional APD offices regarding provider actions. The Work You Will Do Process, monitor and track provider actions and termination requests. Daily monitoring of the provider actions inbox to ensure all incoming work is tracked. Performing routine follow-up and tracking of both APD and AHCA termination reports. Collaborate and provide technical assistance to regional staff in the submission of provider action requests. Facilitate adverse action reviews with the Office of the General Counsel and Operations. Create and present summary data reports on provider terminations for review and recommended actions. Notify regional offices of adverse action review decisions in a timely and professional manner. Send file maintenance requests to AHCA. Conduct monthly meetings with each Regional office regarding their termination activities. Identify trends with termination and action requests and identify gaps in processes. Create Operating Procedures, desk manuals, and any other guides related to processing of terminations and actions. Collaborate with other state agencies (AHCA) on termination requests, trends analysis, and overall process improvement. Assist in other related Operations activities and special projects. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * High School diploma or its equivalent. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
