THE ROLE:
We are looking for Check-In Assistants for the 2025 Fenway Park Concerts Series. In this role you will assist in running the check in process for all personnel during the Fenway Park Concert Builds. You will also assist the Production Team with administrative tasks as needed.
Please note that this position is based on the dates of the Fenway Concert Series and will therefore not begin until May 26th, 2025.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervising the Check-In Desk at all times.
Ensuring that every working person is able to sign in using the iPad system
Assisting in registering new personnel
Assist Production Team as needed with administrative tasks.
Handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:

THE JOB
The Event Staff position will protectively interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at MGM Music Hall Fenway.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Communicate venue information about policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue.
Look for ways to proactively assist the guest to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
Answer questions about common venue programs such as upgrades, purchasing fan merchandise, etc.
Direct restroom and concessions lines, as needed, to shorten guest waiting times.

Check restrooms frequently to make sure guests' lines are moving and alerting the cleaning when necessary.
Keep records of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Help with VIP programming under the direction of the Operations Manager
Report maintenance and cleaning issues during a show to the respective department manager.
Monitor and log lost and found items
Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibility
Check identification of any guest who appears to be under 30 years of age who is drinking alcoholic beverages inside the venue
Prevent and resolve altercations among guests
Maintain control by circulating through your work area throughout the shift
Set up area before opening (stanchions, table configuring, etc.)
Keep interior and exterior of the venue clear and safe, cleaning spills and removing food, trash or other obstacles, before, during and after the shift

THE JOB
Venue Security maintains the safety and security of all staff, artists, vendors, and guests during concerts as well as special events. Venue Security will work concerts & events in the music hall, Foundation Room, and Restaurant space at Citizens House of Blues Boston.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Conduct checks of guests and their belongings with metal detectors and pat downs to ensure that no prohibited or harmful items enter the venue
Check identification of any guest who appears to be under 30 years of age who are drinking alcoholic beverages inside the venue
Identify improper behavior and questionable individuals, alerting management
Communicate clearly using radios, hand signals and flashlights. Remain in constant contact throughout the shift
Support venue staff members in handling situations that arise in the cases of disorderly conduct, verbal or physical altercations
Assist with crowd control, keeping a good flow and avoid crowding
Prevent and resolve altercations among guests using de-escalation tactics. When required, assist with the removal of guests from the premises
Setting up and breaking down stanchions, bike racks, metal detectors, etc.
Safeguard against theft and property damage
During certain events, assist patrons over barricades
In the event of a building emergency, be prominent in the safe evacuation of guests and staff under the direction of management

THE JOB
The US Concerts Technology team is looking for highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in providing on-site IT support at Live Nation events and venues across the country. * Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance as needed to venue administrative, operations and production staff.
* Identify, track and help to resolve persistent issues, and ensure venue technology problems, issues, or needs are reported to appropriate remote support or service delivery teams, following established escalation procedures.
* Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams troubleshooting reported issues with venue technology
* Be the onsite contact and provide guided access for visiting IT service or support providers
* Provide onsite assistance to tour production by helping to establish artist Internet connectivity or otherwise fulfill the terms of artist/tour IT riders prior to and on "day of show."
* Provide proactive "day of show" IT event support by ensuring there are no outstanding IT hardware/software issues with point of sale or access control technologies prior to gates opening for fans.
* Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment including POS terminals.
* Develop, demonstrate and leverage a comprehensive understanding of venue network connectivity and deployed technologies.
* Act as lead in resolving all F&B related IT issues, working closely with other stakeholders to determine fixes
* Participate as needed with seasonal IT preparation and validation, as well as shutdown and winterization.
* Assist with the extension of existing venue IT infrastructure or implementation of new infrastructure to support special events such as festivals or private events.

We are looking to hire runners for the 2025 season at our venues in the Greater Boston area. THE JOB

THE JOB
Leader Bank Pavilion, a seasonal outdoor amphitheater, is seeking a Receptionist for our busy concert, commencement, and event season. This position will begin in March 2025. The Receptionist will assist with administration, office management, and special projects while providing front line guest services to guests attending shows at our busy venue. Receptionists will support guests over the phone, via email, and in person at events.
Prior experience working in an entertainment venue required. Prior office experience required.
This is a seasonal part time role reporting to the Operations Manager. Hours by week will vary depending on business needs at the time, with approximately 20 -30 hours per week in March-April and 30-40 hours per week from May to October. The Receptionist pay rate is $20/hour.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way
Adapt to the needs of our diverse artists, audiences, changing schedules, and tours of varying sizes
Office Duties include but are not limited to: basic secretarial duties such as answering/returning phone calls, greeting visitors/staff, ordering office supplies, maintaining a clean office environment at all times.
Customer service: Professionally responding in a courteous manner to emails regarding guest complaints, questions, comments about upcoming and past events. Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood, and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.
Daily knowledge of the run of the show, set times, adapting to show scheduling changes
Filing, logging lost and found items, mailing packages/letters out for various departments including claimed items to guests.

Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue; uphold venue policies and escalate concerns to appropriate members of the management team in a timely manner.
Assist with staffing and orientation initiatives.

THE JOB
The Skydio Drone Operator at Xfinity Center will be responsible for deploying X10 drones on a pre-programmed flight path on event days. This drone program will aid the venue in managing and overseeing traffic and parking patterns, and overall safety and awareness of movement in the venue. This position will sit in the venue's CCTV command center and communicate effectively with venue management as well as parking staff to adjust drone activity as needed. In addition, this job will require overall knowledge of venue and security operations. All employees must adhere to established COVID-19 safety regulations and procedures.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Safely operate X10 drone on event days and capture information as directed
Complete required trainings such as: X10 drone and security operations, and venue orientation.
Prepare: become familiar with venue layout and pre-determined missions.
Respond: Get drone to scene and relay information as needed
Resolve: Data offload at end of each event. Record and report information.
Analyze and collect data from drone flights and report to management as needed
Ensuring necessary approvals and permits are obtained prior to flights
Assist with general security responsibilities when needed
Other duties as assigned by Venue, Parking or Security Manager

THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to support the Facilities Manager role as the Facilities Coordinator at the Xfinity Center. This position exercises overall support for facility operations, physical plant, equipment and supplies, and the management of facilities part-time event staff and all vendors. This is an exempt role reporting to the General Manager of the venue.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Responsible for supporting all aspects of facility operations, cleaning and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, all venue set up/tear down, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, vendor management supply ordering & stock levels, scheduling, ordering and staffing
Helps to recruit, hire, train and supervise part-time staff/supervisors, including but not limited to: Maintenance, Cleaning, Restroom Porters, and all Vendors
Assists in interviewing and ensuring proper onboarding of staff working with the Payroll and Facilities Manager
In conjunction with all venue department managers, works to accommodate all operational needs related to facilities and cleaning by organizing and tracking work order requests and completion
Ensure optimum operating condition of all amphitheater equipment
Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures, and programs
Coordinate and serve as the point of contact for many subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events along with providing a fully functional facility
Ordering of and proper storage of all venue chemicals and related data sheets per standards
Position requires working all events along with non-event days for optimal venue success

THE JOB
The Phone Ambassador will proactively interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at the venue.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Monitor and respond to the venue's primary phone line and email inbox, answering general venue FAQs, lost & found requests, ADA requests, VIP upgrades, Foundation Room, and general ticket info
* When deliveries arrive, contact the appropriate staff to receive the delivery
* Interact with guests at the Reception window, providing general venue information
* Check-in visitors on the visitor log and distribute lanyards
* Accept and distribute lost & found items to be held in the safe
* Uphold and enforce the venue's policies and procedures
* Additional duties and special projects as assigned by management

THE JOB
The Zero Waste Sustainability Team helps take our sustainability programs to the next level. This role is the backbone and driving force for helping us become zero waste through sorting and educating others. This position will partner with the Venue Sustainability Coordinator and be part of the venue operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time position based on event schedule. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business needs at the time.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Assist in the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials
* Pull trash and recyclables from various locations in the venue using hand trucks, dollies, golf carts or by hand
* Be an ambassador to all Band Members in order to help them understand their role in achieving the venue's sustainability goals
* Assist in employee engagement programs such as the water bottle refill station maintenance and, post-show sorting
* Engage fans and encourage them to participate in our sustainability programs through activities or education
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
* Position requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ with about 65% of that time spent sorting materials

THE JOB
Xfinity Center is seeking a Guest Experience Manager - responsible for administering various National and venue designed programs to support crew members (employees) and fan engagement, aligning guest service resolution and wider fan satisfaction goals. This is a seasonal position with an events-based schedule.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
In partnership with venue management, this position is responsible for administering employee engagement, guest service division-wide goals.
Plan, coordinate, and implement processes and activities, including newsletters, day of show information sheets, show day elements of CARE and other communication tools associated with employee engagement and guest service.
Partner with the various departments to create ENCORE moments for employees and guests at every show.
Work with Department Managers and Supervisors to ensure the venues service standards of Safety, Care, Encore and Efficiency are being communicated pre-event, demonstrated throughout the show, and incorporated at the end of each night.
Manage the upkeep and vibe of the employee break space, and work in coordination with venue leadership to discuss budget, needs, and on-going support at the start of the season
Partner with the venues Sustainability Coordinator to incorporate sustainability priorities into recognition, communication, and education of both staff and guests.
Will be the venue's culture leader by looking for ways to remove event day hassles, recognize small and big service wins by staff, and create a “ONE-CREW” mentality
Attend calls and meetings with regional and National leadership with fellow venue experience managers, as well as have frequent one-on-ones with those regional leads and venue leaders
Administrator for the service-focused, recognition and employee training system(s) and help facilitate on-site venue staff training
Help manage guest service experience platforms (Qualtrics) and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with venue management and your regional lead.
Research best practices and collaborate with venue leadership to develop venue opportunities to increase employee engagement, increase guest satisfaction.
Create and coordinate special events related to employee and venue celebrations: trainings, orientations, mid-season/end-of-season parties, movie nights, and management team building events
May be asked to manage implementation and maintenance of other guest-facing on-site programs
