The Role: The Venue Operations Crew is responsible for the overall management of all maintenance and cleaning functions in the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest. Job Functions: * Conduct inspections of all venue areas, prior to opening to ensure cleanliness of areas * Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. * Use regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and venue facilities. * Knowledge of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. * Perform landscaping functions of the facility. * Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. * Comply with safety regulations and keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned. * Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. * Maintains adequate supplies and inventory of equipment * Any other task as assigned by the Operations Manager Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Attention to detail, quality and accuracy * Cash handling skills * Strong relationship building and communication skills * Ability to work independently * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting. THE JOBUS Concerts is seeking a Security team member. This person will guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO * Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property. * Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees ,guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises. * May write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. * Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. * Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection. * Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. * Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. * Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue-this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc. * Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises. * Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event .•Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest. * Resolve guest complaints or problems. * Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity. * Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations. * Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show. * Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency. * May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas. * Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. * Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue-this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc. * Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue. * Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show. * Additional tasks as requested by management. THE JOB US Concerts is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller. As a seller, you will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold. Prior to the event you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out which includes a final count on the remaining merchandise which is returned. The Role: Barback is responsible for bar service equipment/supply maintenance and set up. This position will maintain the cleanliness of the bar and service area during the shift and perform functions under supervision as business requires. The Role: The Guest Service member will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Ushers, greeters, and ticket takers may engage with guests, visiting artists, artist management, patrons, and any other member of the public or administration they may encounter. Front of House Staff are also expected to carry out any job function management deems as appropriate and within the scope of caring and maintaining for the venue, customer service, guest experience, post-show breakdown, guest and staff safety/emergency response. Job Functions: * Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event. * Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest. * Resolve guest complaints or problems. * Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity. * Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations. * Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency. * May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas. * Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue. * Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show. * May help at informational kiosks or displays around the venue.
