THE JOB
The Concerts Technology team is looking for highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in providing on-site IT support at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island. As a Venue IT Support Representative, you can expect to gain real-world experience and an intimate understanding of IT service delivery concepts as you learn valuable operational and procedural skills and develop your troubleshooting abilities in an exciting/dynamic industry.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
· Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance as needed to venue administrative, operations and production staff
· Identify, track and resolve persistent issues, ensure venue technology problems, issues, or needs are reported to appropriate remote support or service delivery teams, and follow established escalation procedures
· Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams to troubleshoot reported issues with venue technology
· Be the onsite IT contact for the venue and provide guided access for visiting IT service providers
· Provide onsite assistance to tour production including establishing artist Internet connectivity and fulfilling the terms of artist/tour IT riders prior to and on “day of show”
· Provide proactive “day of show” IT event support by ensuring there are no outstanding IT hardware/software issues with point-of-sale systems and access control technologies prior to gates opening for fans
· Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment including both FOH and BOH devices and their systems
· Develop, demonstrate and leverage a comprehensive understanding of venue network connectivity and deployed technologies, including updating existing venue systems documentation
· Participate as needed with seasonal IT preparation and validation, as well as shutdown and winterization
· Assist with the extension of existing venue IT infrastructure or implementation of new infrastructure to support special events such as festivals or private events
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
· Experience with and in-depth knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows operating systems and network technologies is preferred
· Strong communication skills (oral and written) paired with a professional communication style
· Self-motivated, capable of independent reasoning and troubleshooting
· Highly organized and strong attention to detail
· Must be a reliable and dependable team player with ability to work independently and under little supervision
· Must be able to adapt to a constantly changing and at times stressful work environment
· Must possess a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
· This position requires flexibility with scheduling; including the ability to accommodate evening and weekend on-call shifts, holidays, as well as extended hours for events and summer festivals. Availability to consistently provide event support is a requirement of this role.

THE JOB

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Security Officer. This person will guard, patrol, and/or monitor the
venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment.

THE JOB

THE JOB

THE JOB

Job Title
* Merchandise Manager (part time)
Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment? Do you enjoy live music? Do you take pride in successfully leading a team to accomplish a common goal? Then, the Live Nation Merchandise Manager position may be the right opportunity for you. The Merchandise Manager is the direct link between the artist's representative(s) and the venue, overseeing the successful operation of all on-site artist/tour merchandise outlets. The Merchandise Manager establishes and leads a highly motivated team of merchandise specialists who inventory, distribute, and display each piece of artist merchandise with pride. Throughout the show, the Merchandise Manager monitors inventory levels and requests additional stock as required, all while motivating the team to quickly and carefully fulfill each guest's order. After the show is over, the Merchandise Manager oversees the team as they reassemble and inventory the remaining merchandise. The Merchandise Manager then settles with the artist representatives and completes settlement reports. Once reconciliation is complete and the merchandise returned to the artist, the Merchandise Manager heads home, knowing the team successfully supported another show in merchandise operations
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Objectives of the Role
* Serve as a liaison amongst Artist/Tour Representative(s), Venue Management, and Merchandise Specialists team.
* Oversee team of Merchandise Specialists to ensure an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venues
* Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venue
Duties & Responsibilities
* Communicate with Artist/Tour Representative to advance product line for upcoming event(s)
* Develop Merchandise Specialist schedule based on event projections
* Oversee inventory count-in and count-out procedures
* Support successful sales operations at each event by training, mentoring, and motivating Merchandise Specialists team
* Ensure merchandise stands always remain clean and presentable and displays meet or exceed expectations
* Perform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locations
* Complete all required reports in a timely manner, including pre-show, post-show, and payroll reports
* Communicate with Venue Management and Regional Merchandise Management team
* Ensure team compliance with Live Nation policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

* Must be able to available for the entire concert day, with shifts as long as 15 hours (with breaks)
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to lift up to a 50-pound box
* Must be able to work in outdoor environments in potentially extreme temperatures
* Must have a working understanding of touch-screen based systems
* Must be of legal working age in the state

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Supervisor - Cleaning/Maintenance Services. The Cleaning/Maintenance Services Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the cleaning staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed. Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details. Assist with managing breaks
Assist management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow team members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include picking up and properly storing event equipment such as cleaning supplies, trash cans, etc
Oversee productivity and work assignments of the cleaning staff and communicate with management (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift
Other tasks as assigned by the Cleaning Services Manager
Assign and schedule team members to specific duties
Enforce safety, health, and security duties.

THE JOB
Live Nation is seeking a Backstage Experience Coordinator for Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre. The position will directly report to the venue Operations Manger. The Backstage Experience Coordinator (BEC) will be responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house expectations & backstage division-wide goals while ensuring that our Artist Commitment is met or exceeded. This role will act as a hospitality-focused position ensuring a phenomenal experience for touring personnel backstage. This is a seasonal, hourly position. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business needs and may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week or more during peak season.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
In partnership with the venue Operations Manager, the Backstage Experience Coordinator is responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel.
The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house hospitality expectations & backstage division-wide goals.
The Backstage Experience Coordinator will meet & greet the tours upon arrival to the venue and be available to assign dressing rooms and is the point of contact for all hospitality needs.
Where possible- wash, dry and fold all tour laundry as well as hand and bath towels. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will check dressing rooms periodically through the day to tidy up and collect any towels to be washed.
Ensure the Artists rider requirements are met and the culinary experience exceeds the artist's and touring personnel's expectations.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating the bands about our efforts.
Will be the backstage brand ambassador and the face of the service culture program.
Responsible for completing the Post Event Service Recap and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with the Artist Services team & Venue OM.
Research best practices and collaborate with the Artist Services team & Venue OM to develop venue opportunities to increase engagement, increase Artist/Crew satisfaction.
Pre and post show walk through with checklist to make ready all backstage Artist & Touring crew areas and notate any damage to be repairs.
In coordination with the Operations and Production Managers, co-manage any applicable backstage program budget and process vendor invoices.
Will act as the lead in maintaining metrics and sharing information with the Artist Services Team, tracking historic data on Tours & details regarding Artist choices/favorites and manage the backstage tour personnel survey and competition rate for your venue.
Partner with the venue's management, Artist Services team and LN Tour rep to create memorable, hospitality-minded moments at every show, including but not limited to birthdays and special celebrations.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Must be able to maintain composure around high profile artists/guests and work in an often hectic and loud environment.
Must have strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.

THE JOB
This role will proactively interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at the venue from the moment they step through the doors.

Venue Nation is seeking is seeking an Employee & Guest Experience Manager for the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in Tinley Park. The Experience Manager will be responsible for administering various corporate and venue designed programs to support employee engagement, venue staffing and guest service division-wide goals.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
In partnership with the venue Operations Manager, this position is responsible for administering employee engagement, venue staffing and guest service division-wide goals.
Plan, coordinate, and implement processes and activities, including newsletters, day of show information sheets, show day elements of CARE and other communication tools associated with employee engagement and guest service.
Partner with the various departments to create encore moments for employees and guests at every show.
Work with Department Managers and Supervisors to ensure the venues service standards of Safety, Care, Encore and Efficiency are being communicated pre-event, demonstrated throughout the show, and incorporated at the end of each night.
Manage the upkeep and vibe of the employee break space, and work in coordination with venue leadership to discuss budget, needs, and on-going support at the start of the season
Partner with the venues Sustainability Coordinator to incorporate sustainability priorities into recognition, communication, and education of both staff and guests.
Will be the venue's culture leader by looking for ways to remove event day hassles, recognize small and big service wins by your staff, and create a “ONE-CREW” mentality
Attend bi-weekly calls with your Fan & Artist Services Regional leader and fellow venue experience managers, as well as have frequent one-on-ones with those regional leads
Administrator for the service-focused, recognition and employee training system(s) and help facilitate on-site venue staff training
Responsible for completing the Post Event Service Recap, help manage guest service experience platform, and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with the Operations Manager and your regional lead.
Research best practices and collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop venue opportunities to increase employee engagement, increase guest satisfaction.
May be asked to manage implementation and maintenance of other guest-facing on-site programs.

THE JOB
Credit Union 1 Amphitheater is seeking a Venue Sustainability Supervisor to elevate our sustainability program to new heights in 2025. This role is the backbone and driving force behind Live Nation's resource recovery and circularity program and is responsible for ensuring efficient waste sorting protocols, clean and organized workspaces, and thorough support of sustainability program growth. This position will partner with the Venue Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team. Venue Sustainability Supervisor will be tasked with day-to-day program execution as they work to develop an efficient and comprehensive zero waste program. Venue Sustainability Supervisor will assist the Venue Sustainability Manager in making the program increasingly adaptable to be able to deliver on target diversion and budget goals. This is a seasonal, part-time position for show days. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business needs at the time.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Participate in Venue Sustainability Supervisor on-boarding, training, and assist with Venue Sustainability Crew training and oversight.
* Be onsite during pre-season venue set up, at the request of the Venue Sustainability Manager, to ensure zero waste operational procedures are in place.
* Assist in the mid and post-show waste sorting process of all recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
* Be available to work show days and non-show days on both weekdays and weekends to ensure all waste is sorted and diverted.
* Assist with overseeing the material sorting process of all recycling, composting, reuse, and donations materials to increase resource recovery and diversion from landfill.
* Assist with Front of House and Back of House Zero Waste initiatives as outlined by the Venue Sustainability Manager.
* Maintain a clean sorting area and support the Post-Show Pick after each event, which will occasionally result in scheduled shifts occurring on days after a show.
* Be able to step in and oversee sustainability processes in the event the Venue Sustainability Manager cannot attend a scheduled show.
* Other tasks as assigned by the Venue Sustainability Manager on an as-need basis.

THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to provide exceptional pre-planning of food & beverage experience and operations at our festivals. The Seasonal F&B Project Manager will be responsible for the pre-production, oversight of festival concessions operations, budgeting, F&B marketing support, interdepartmental collaboration, team management and more . This position will report to Senior F&B Project Manager. This is a hybrid position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Vendor & Sponsor Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison for concessions vendors and F&B sponsors, ensuring all partners align with company standards on menu, pricing, and presentation.
* Festival Planning & Layouts:
Work closely with production teams to design and optimize food and beverage layouts based on site maps, crowd flow, and operational needs.
* Logistics & Infrastructure:
Coordinate site needs such as fencing, sanitation, ice/water delivery, tenting, power drops, and credentials for vendors and internal teams.
* Internal Stakeholder Support:
Support internal departments like Artist Relations, VIP, and Staff Catering by advancing and fulfilling all their food and beverage requests.
* Team Leadership:
Hire and manage seasonal F&B operations staff, delegate key tasks, and oversee their schedules, travel, and accommodations.
* Budgeting & Scheduling:
Assist in managing production budgets, updating sales projections, and building F&B load-in/load-out schedules. Attend production meetings in the lead-up to each event.
* On-Site Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations during festivals, including signage installation, vendor setup, crowd flow observation, credentialing, and compliance monitoring.
* Compliance & Sustainability:
Ensure all operations meet local health, liquor, and fire codes. Implement sustainability initiatives such as reusable cup programs and efficient waste management.
* Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct basic sales and operations analysis, lead after-action reviews, and produce recap reports highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
Travel Requirement:
* This role requires domestic travel, including potential on-site presence at one event while advancing another.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years in live event production, F&B operations, or related field
* 1+ years of experience managing or supervising a team
* Familiarity with current food and beverage trends
* Understanding of standard liquor laws, health codes, and operational best practices

* Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Forms
* OSHA 10 certification
