Inspects and maintains cleanliness of all menus used in the dining area. 18. Sterilizes and rinses ice cream freezer on a regular basis as determined by the Director of Dining Services. 19. Promotes cleanliness on all special event buffet lines by periodic removal of used utensils, cleaning spills, organizing refills of chaffers, and general aid of residents and guests. 20.
