THE ROLE
Vibee is looking for highly motivated and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support Vibee Warehouse needs. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate daily with the warehouse staff, office personnel, and management teams.
Key responsibilities include effective communication, technical proficiency, and the timely and efficient completion of time-sensitive tasks, while also being willing to get their hands dirty and assist with day to day functions within the warehouse. The ideal candidate must maintain composure under pressure, demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. A high level of accuracy and commitment to excellence is essential for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate and sort emails by monitoring the shared inbox, prioritizing messages, and routing them to the appropriate team members while ensuring professional communication
Provide administrative and logistic support to warehouse management team
Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks by ensuring items are handled safely and placed in designated areas
Drive flatbed truck or pickup truck with designated loads to and from warehouse to site
Assist with the team with maintaining and tracking inventory
Sort and cycle through merchandise to maintain quality and prepare items for timely event distribution
Undertake special projects as requested
Operate forklift and pallet jacket
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in warehouse and administrative roles
Proficient in troubleshooting issues related to mobile devices, as well as Mac and PC platforms
Must be certified to operate heavy machinery and have a valid driver's license
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think logically and efficiently to evaluate and solve problems
Highly motivated with a positive, “Everything is possible” attitude
Active problem solver with a sense of urgency for both large and small projects
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer and or standing and working in the warehouse
Prolonged periods of standing in the warehouse at a mobile desk while tracking/loading trucks
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
May work in drastic temperature climates
Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

Onsite Event Support
* Provide onsite assistance as needed at select concerts, club shows, and festivals by managing media check-in, building and staffing press lounges, and facilitating artist interviews or photo moments
* Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed
* All other projects and initiatives as identified
QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+year of experience in music public relations or relevant internships, preferably with exposure to dance music or live events. Any journalism background is a plus.
* Existing relationships or familiarity with key media contacts across dance music outlets and industry trades is a plus
* Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials, pitches, internal documents, and other communications tailored to different audiences
* A strong understanding of the current media landscape, including both traditional press and emerging digital platforms with an emphasis on music and culture
* Must be available to work in an office in Calabasas, CA five days per week (8-hour shifts)

Insomniac is looking for Exterior Operations Crew. This position will report to the Director of Exterior Operations.
Available Positions
Exterior Operations
Site Crew/Heavy Equipment Operator: Operate heavy equipment such as fork lifts, stakebeds, water trucks, dump trucks, front end loaders, skid steers etc. Fork lift certs required. Earth moving equipment and/or CDL certifications and experience are a plus.
Ext Ops Build Leads: Exterior leads are experienced in festival builds or comparable experiences. Leads can go beyond being told what to build, and can understand why and how. These folks may do things like direct the crew in how to safely perform their job, work with a fence vendor to mark out fence lines, manage inventory for loading and unloading of trucks, work with heavy equipment vendors to report maintenance for equipment etc. These positions are typically worked up to following experience working on the crew
Signage
Signage Crew: The signage team is responsible for hanging signs around the festival perimeter to direct headliners to where they need to go. These range from simple 3' by 3' signs installed with zip ties, to larger signs installed on overhead truss, to parking lot flags. Signage crew does not require fork lift certifications, although they are helpful.
Signage Leads: The signage lead can do all the above as the signage crew, but can also understand where and why signs are being placed. The signage lead directs the signage crew, and has a strong understanding of the local area, patron flow, key points of interest and paths of travel. The signage lead requires some experience in signage or similar departments.
Shuttles
Shuttle Loader/Unloader: These roles are our most entry level positions, and a great way to get your foot in the door with our team. These folks work on show days to successfully load & unload headliners from buses. No certifications required.
Shuttle Leads: Leads on the shuttle team can handle the basics of bus loading and unloading, and are able to take on higher level responsibilities. These include managing the shuttle staff break times, checking in bus drivers, ensuring buses are running smoothly, and troubleshooting any issues as they arrive.

Execute makeup looks styled to an approved design for performers of events.

THE ROLE
The Insomniac Passport Team Member should be energetic, social, and ready to engage with all of our program members. THE ROLE:
Our Global Freight & Logistics Shipping Manager is responsible for the global supply chain management of our Racing and Festival event apparel operations divisions, ensuring that goods and materials are moved, monitored, and managed. THE ROLE
Our Sr. Apparel and Accessories Designer is responsible for creating original, visually appealing, and trend-right graphics that align with brand identity for a variety of clothing items. This role involves collaborating with design teams, product developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all graphic elements are aligned with the creative direction, market trends, and customer preferences. The designer must have a strong understanding of fashion and apparel design principles, as well as a strong proficiency in industry-standard design software. This is not a remote position and will require travel to be present in-office at the Henderson, NV location at least 3 days per week, unless otherwise needed additional days, and various event/office/warehouse locations as needed. This position reports to the VP, Special Projects (Consumer Products).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute custom in-house graphic designs for product applications, clothing, accessories, posters, website graphics, etc.
Partner closely with fashion designers, product developers, and the marketing team to integrate graphics into product lines
Coordinate with print vendors and manufacturers to ensure high-quality execution of graphic designs on final apparel products
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging styles, and competitors to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive in the marketplace
Stay updated on new techniques, processes, and materials used in apparel design and printing
Prepare detailed design specifications, including colorways, graphic placements, and size dimensions, to ensure accurate production of the designs
Create mock-ups and tech packs to communicate design concepts to manufacturers
Create custom in-house designs for merchandise accessories such as bags, belts, wallets, key chains, stickers, hats, blankets, lanyards, etc.
Communicate specifications of designs in full detail to product development and technology teams in order to send final designs to vendors or factories
Assist in execution of any technical packages as needed
Conceptualize and brainstorm ideas for graphics and accessories with the Creative Design Director and other Insomniac team members for the various events in racing and festivals
Partner with outside designers and artist in a creative direction, capacity, and liaison
Partner with vendors and factories to turn over designs and to communicate the research of new design possibilities
Must travel to factories to oversee all manufacturing QC and make sure factories are complying with proper audit policies
Support in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training various team members
Lead or contribute to special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Must have 6 years' experience in Apparel Graphic Design
Must be proficient in Adobe Suite with some Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Project Management
Support the daily flow of projects, helping to track timelines, project progress, and providing updates as needed to key stakeholders.
Assist in the creation and management of labor schedules and budgets with guidance from the Senior Producer and production team.
Coordinate on-site schedules and help distribute task lists to ensure the smooth execution of builds and strikes.
Provide occasional assistance to the site operations team for tasks such as equipment auditing and tracking as needed.
Assist with other special projects assigned by the executive lead or production manager as needed.
Reporting
Support the preparation of cash spending reports, P-Card tracking, and per diem coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
Assist in gathering quotes, tracking expenses, and supporting invoice reconciliation after events, under the supervision of the Senior Producer.
Administration
Assist in managing the seasonal staff roster and provide support for the onboarding process, coordinating with HR.
Assist with timekeeping and payroll functions for seasonal staff, working in coordination with HR.
Help prepare necessary documents such as day sheets, dispatch guides, and other materials for the site operations and production teams.
Managing project management programs and ensuring that the programs meet assigned deadlines from program ideation through to execution.
Communication
Act as a key point of contact for internal communication
Collaborate with the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to streamline workflows during the event planning process.
Provide clear and timely communication with relevant stakeholders as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in live event production or project coordination (experience with large-scale events is a plus).
Ability to manage project timelines and communicate effectively with teams.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Google Suite, Airtable, and Asana.
A collaborative team player with an ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle occasional physical tasks and on-site event support.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed to support event schedules.
Ability to work in busy environments and tolerate noise during event production.
Must be willing to travel to event sites as required by project needs.
Some physical activity may be required (e.g., lifting up to 20 pounds).

THE ROLE
Insomniac is seeking highly motivated & organized Performer Attendants ( PA's ) to join the entertainment team at festivals & other music events. This position plays a critical role by ensuring the overall quality of the Insomniac experience for headliners & staff members alike. This position reports to the Entertainment director & entertainment Project Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the workflow of designated performers on the event grounds or at a set location
Ensure team well-being & hydration
Carry water & necessary items for performers at events
Keep performer teams on schedule, monitor break times & time out performances
Liaise between the performer teams & stage managers to coordinate performance access
Facilitate photo ops with characters & headliners
Navigate performers through crowds & have a comprehensive understanding of the site footprint
Complete rotations of any designated checkpoints throughout events
Assist the Entertainment Department Managers with needed tasks & duties
Interact courteously & professionally with headliners & employees at all times
Work late show hours, weekends or overtime as needed
Work effectively under a high level of pressure & demanding time lines
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Festival, Film or Television production experience is highly desirable
Backgrounds in management, team lead, security, military or project management are a plus
Experience with radio protocol is beneficial but is not required
Strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills
Energy, enthusiasm & people skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Physically able to sustain prolonged periods of walking or standing in all weather conditions
Must have open availability on event days & have no conflicting bookings or employment shifts
Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours and travel to events as required
Must have clean driving record, valid driver's license & car insurance
May need to use personal vehicle to travel to work engagements, both local & out of town
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
May work in drastic temperature climates
