THE ROLE Vibee is looking for highly motivated and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support Vibee Warehouse needs. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate daily with the warehouse staff, office personnel, and management teams. Key responsibilities include effective communication, technical proficiency, and the timely and efficient completion of time-sensitive tasks, while also being willing to get their hands dirty and assist with day to day functions within the warehouse. These range from simple 3' by 3' signs installed with zip ties, to larger signs installed on overhead truss, to parking lot flags. Signage crew does not require fork lift certifications, although they are helpful. * Signage Leads: The signage lead can do all the above as the signage crew, but can also understand where and why signs are being placed. Monitor and support all updates to staff rosters for each event Support the HR team with Workday, Accurate and HSI to onboard high-volume new hires, including data entry, verification, outreach communications and reconciliation. Audit payroll submissions to ensure accurate and timely payment and onboarding of seasonal employees per show, also auditing for compliant timekeeping and payroll processing Coordinate with festival managers to ensure their timely submission of payroll. The Busser is responsible for ensuring that the dining room tables are set and maintained throughout their assigned shift. Attends to initial needs such as water and other beverages as time permits. Works with Food Servers, covering stations, assisting as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Properly sets and cleans tables for guest arrival; using appropriate silverware, tableware and paper goods.
