The Role:
As a seller you will be assigned to a stand and responsible for taking inventory of the merchandise being sold as well as preparing the stand display. The seller will remain at the point of sale from doors and throughout the duration of the event. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out their stand location and performs a final count on the remaining merchandise which is brought back to the storeroom.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service
* Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS (point of sale)
* Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions
* Prepare your stand display before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale
* Inventory- all items must be physically counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show
* Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing
* Work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment
* Maintain your stand throughout the duration of the event
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be able to work 6 - 12 hours per shift
* Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Due to the hours scheduled applicants must have a reliable transportation
* Must have strong communication skills
* Must have cash handling experience
* Prior relatable experience is a plus

* Day to day cleaning and housekeeping duties around the venue and site
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
* Housekeeping of the venue and site including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
* Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
* Ensure that venue and outbuildings are cleaned and stocked before gates open.
* Ensure the site and outbuildings stay clean and stocked during events.
* Participate in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
* Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue - this includes collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
* Additional tasks as requested by management.

The Role:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.
This role is responsible for, but not limited to the following
* Assist in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events - Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.

* Perform regular preventive maintenance around the site, buildings, misc projects and landscaping.

* Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
* Ensure that venue and outbuildings are cleaned and stocked before gates open.
* Make sure all site signage, tents, tables, chairs, trash cans, etc. are set properly and neatly before gates open.
* Ensure the site and outbuildings stay clean and stocked during events.
* Participate in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
* Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue - this includes collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

THE ROLE

Oversee and develop e-commerce strategy for stores under the Vector Management umbrella.

The Role:
As a Night of Show Ancillary Seller, you will be responsible for communicating to guests about additional amenities that the venue has to offer, such as Premier Parking, Fast Lane, Lawn Chairs Rentals, VIP Seating and VIP Club Access, etc.
Job Functions:
* Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.

* Handle credit card transactions according to Live Nation's audit guidelines

THE POSITION - VIP NATION INTERN

THE ROLE
Merch Traffic, LLC, a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a temporary E-Commerce Manager to play a key role in the success of high-profile official online stores for music artists and entertainment brands. The role combines e-commerce merchandising, marketing collaboration, and operational management to build, maintain, and grow 15-20 direct-to-consumer (DTC) Shopify stores in alignment with each artist's vision and commercial goals.
This position has an anticipated end date of August 2026.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Direct-to-Consumer Merchandising & Store Management
* Manage and merchandise official Shopify stores for 15-20 artists and entertainment brands.
* Build, maintain, and optimize stores using ecommerce best practices, including SEO, conversion strategies, pricing trends, product positioning, rotation, and promotional planning.
* Determine merchandise assortments by working with Licensee, Tour, Wholesale, and internal product teams.
* Develop yearly and seasonal merchandising plans that reflect key consumer holidays, album cycles, anniversaries, and touring periods.
* Recommend and support the development of DTC-exclusive merchandise offerings.
* Assist with product development and product selection as needed.
Marketing Collaboration
* Partner with marketing teams to develop acquisition programs and execute campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and web.
* Source or create marketing assets to support promotions and store updates.
* Provide ongoing communication, store optimization suggestions, and performance updates to client teams and internal stakeholders.
Operations, Inventory & Logistics
* Manage inventory, replenishment requests, and purchasing of goods for all stores.
* Liaise with warehouse partners to ensure accurate/timely receiving, product availability, and customer-service support.
* Maintain international online stores (x-US) in partnership with global teams.
* Ensure stores stay current, accurate, and reflective of the artist's brand and creative direction.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
* 3+ years ecommerce experience; Shopify experience strongly preferred.
* Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
* Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and operations management abilities with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
* Positive, proactive communicator able to collaborate effectively across internal teams, client reps, artists, and creative stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in music, entertainment, retail, or fashion industries preferred.
* Understanding of fan behavior and how it informs marketing, product development, and customer experience.
* HTML, CSS, Liquid, Photoshop, or web design skills a plus (not required).

The Role:
Ascend Amphitheater is seeking a Zero Waste Captain to help us take our sustainability programs to the next level. This role is the backbone and driving force for helping us become zero waste through sorting and educating others. This position will partner with the Venue Sustainability Coordinator and be part of the venue operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time position. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business needs at the time.
This role is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
* Report directly to Sustainability Coordinator.
* Be an ambassador to all Band Members in order to help them understand their role in achieving the venue's sustainability goals.
* Assist in employee engagement programs such as the water bottle refill punch cards, post-show sort giveaways and new ideas.
* Engage fans and encourage them to participate in our sustainability programs through activities or education.
* Participate in Zero Waste Captain training.
* Assist in all venue sustainability initiatives.
* Attend pre-show department meetings.
* Ensuring all concessions and plazas have proper waste receptacles.
* Collecting vendor waste before doors.
* Run dino's and pick site during the run of show.
* Pulling and sorting building trash - catering, stage, restrooms, etc.
* Assist in managing the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
* Cleaning up your work area at end of shift.
* Additional tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications:
* Position requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ with about 65% of that time spent sorting materials
* Dedication to participate in something that will have a real and immediate impact to the cause
* Must be able to work well with other departments
* Experience in events, zero waste events are a plus
