THE ROLE
Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Stage Producer to join the Stage Production team in Los Angeles. We are seeking a Stage Producer to support the functions of Insomniac's stage production department. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategize stage drawings, specifications and other documents concerning assigned projects
* Negotiate various deals and contracts
* Build and evolve production standard operating procedures (SOP) for each festival
* Create, develop and maintain vendor relationships
* Oversee budgets, schedules and overall production plans for projects
* Organize the daily development efforts of the team, leading team meetings, managing planning efforts and ensuring delivery against the project roadmaps
* Partner closely with internal and external business partners to ensure project goals are exceeded
* Construct organized workflows that meet the needs of both projects and the department
* Partner with production, creative and finance in greenlighting and planning projects
* Provide as a resource to teams to develop production project plans
* Discover emerging technology and how to apply it to projects in order to achieve creative goals' and perform various analysis to understand financial implications and cost efficiencies
* Partner and collaborate with show leadership, creatives, producers to evaluate in development, pre-green light and newly green lit concepts for opportunities on execution
* Recruit, train and onboard members on the team both directly and partnering teams
* Negotiate various deals and contracts
* Other special projects and tasks as assigned as needed
* Frequent travel may be required (economy)
QUALIFICATIONS
* 8+ years' experience with event technical production and operations
* Excellent organizational skills
* Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure
* Ability to take initiative, problem solve and perform research
* Knowledge of the principles of target marketing
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
* General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows
* Knowledge of concert promotion and live event business is a plus
* Some travel may be required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
* Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when on site working events
* May work in drastic temperature climates when traveling to work events

THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for Industry Hospitality Hosts to provide an elevated experience for our Industry guests. This position will report to the Director, Industry Hospitality. This is not a remote position and will be required onsite at various loations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication:
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering headliner questions, addressing concerns, and sharing relevant event information.
* Actively engage in team communication via group WhatsApp chats.
* Coordinate with various onsite departments, including staging, security, and food & beverage.
* Communicate any operational challenges or issues to management in real time.
* Demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude in completing a wide variety of tasks.
Operations:
* Assist with the initial setup of assigned areas prior to event opening, and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the duration of the festival.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Director to Lead our Defect Management Team specializing in Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management and resolution of defects, to join our cybersecurity team.
Reporting to the Vice President, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating security risks associated with vulnerabilities and defects throughout the LNE organization. You will lead a team of multidisciplinary professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams across geographical regions to ensure that vulnerabilities are effectively prioritized, remediated, and monitored, thereby protecting the organization's assets and sensitive data. As a part of this role, the candidate will be required to clearly and effectively communicate the business impact and urgency of security defects, while closely following the defined risk management process.
This position is also responsible for defining the expected outcomes of and reporting metrics for Defect Management across the Live Nation Entertainment enterprise, ensuring high quality configuration and defect remediation.

THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to provide exceptional pre-planning of food & beverage experience and operations at our festivals. The Seasonal F&B Project Manager will be responsible for the pre-production, oversight of festival concessions operations, budgeting, F&B marketing support, interdepartmental collaboration, team management and more . This position will report to Senior F&B Project Manager. This is a hybrid position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Vendor & Sponsor Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison for concessions vendors and F&B sponsors, ensuring all partners align with company standards on menu, pricing, and presentation.
* Festival Planning & Layouts:
Work closely with production teams to design and optimize food and beverage layouts based on site maps, crowd flow, and operational needs.
* Logistics & Infrastructure:
Coordinate site needs such as fencing, sanitation, ice/water delivery, tenting, power drops, and credentials for vendors and internal teams.
* Internal Stakeholder Support:
Support internal departments like Artist Relations, VIP, and Staff Catering by advancing and fulfilling all their food and beverage requests.
* Team Leadership:
Hire and manage seasonal F&B operations staff, delegate key tasks, and oversee their schedules, travel, and accommodations.
* Budgeting & Scheduling:
Assist in managing production budgets, updating sales projections, and building F&B load-in/load-out schedules. Attend production meetings in the lead-up to each event.
* On-Site Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations during festivals, including signage installation, vendor setup, crowd flow observation, credentialing, and compliance monitoring.
* Compliance & Sustainability:
Ensure all operations meet local health, liquor, and fire codes. Implement sustainability initiatives such as reusable cup programs and efficient waste management.
* Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct basic sales and operations analysis, lead after-action reviews, and produce recap reports highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
Travel Requirement:
* This role requires domestic travel, including potential on-site presence at one event while advancing another.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years in live event production, F&B operations, or related field
* 1+ years of experience managing or supervising a team
* Familiarity with current food and beverage trends
* Understanding of standard liquor laws, health codes, and operational best practices
* Comfortable navigating festival site maps and layouts
* Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Forms
* OSHA 10 certification
* Excellent at setting and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a "no task too small" attitude
* Able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency
* Comfortable working both at a desk and on-site at outdoor festivals
* Willing to travel frequently for events
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use ladders when needed

Have the ability to memorize menus and daily specials
Remove dirty plates, glasses, etc., from green rooms once artist has finished
Clean spills on tables or around work area
Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
Have knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the house
Provide production coordinator with proper documents to enable catering costs to be calculated and flashed accurately
Communicate any last-minute menu changes or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff for execution
Ensure dressing rooms are set up with agreed rider and in-house items upon bands arrival
Ensure all traces of previous occupants are removed and room is clean

The Role:

What You'll Do:
Giving proper recognition to VIPs, instill appreciation for their patronage
Be present for shows to upsell available VIP inventory to concert guests
Serving as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience within the House of Blues venue.
Helping all positions and communicating effectively with others to enhance guest experience
Maintaining contact with Manager, Bar Staff, and Server regarding the arrival of all guests
Constant observation of VIP areas to ensure guests are always receiving highly personable service
Exhibiting articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with audience
Presenting exemplary and professional appearance
Anticipating guests' needs and providing superior service

THE JOB

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Anticipate and respond to guest needs
* Respond to guest concerns/complaints regarding food or service and correct errors or resolve complaints with a friendly, positive attitude
* Organize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequence
* Take menu, beverage and bar orders from artists and communicate orders to kitchen and/or bar through micros terminal
* Check food orders prior to serving to ensure that they are correct, properly presented, and that special requests have been met
* Deliver food and beverages to artist
* Perform opening/running/closing duties according to HOB policy
* Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
* Have the ability to memorize menus and daily specials
* Remove dirty plates, glasses, etc., from green rooms once artist has finished
* Clean spills on tables or around work area
* Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
* Have knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the house
* Provide production coordinator with proper documents to enable catering costs to be calculated and flashed accurately
* Communicate any last-minute menu changes or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff for execution
* Ensure dressing rooms are set up with agreed rider and in-house items upon bands arrival
* Ensure all traces of previous occupants are removed and room is clean
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
* 2-5 years high volume experience in restaurant operations
* Skill in guest relations
* Wine & Liquor knowledge
* High School Diploma
* Transportation in order to retrieve anything the artist may require that we do not carry on site.
Preferred:
* Point of Sales knowledge, preferably MICROS
* Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent

The Role:

Utilizing the HOB reservation system, estimate and quote accurate wait times for tables

Anticipate and respond to guest needs (guest satisfaction)
Market current and future shows, menu items and retail by placing all marketing literature on dining tables
Properly answer guest questions regarding the menu, music hall, events, related art, music, history and artists appearing at the House
Thank each guest for visiting the House and invite him/her to return in a friendly and sincere manner
Communicate to door host, kitchen and Manager on Duty the wait time, parties of eight (8) or more, and any planned special event; any and all information is necessary to ensure proper flow
Communicate to kitchen when large parties and special event parties have been seated
Keep host area clean and organized throughout the shift (shift mechanics)
Keep floor in host area free of spills, food, trash or other obstacles
Polish and clean all entry door windows throughout the shift
Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
Assist other employees and departments as needed (teamwork)
Adherence to standard operating procedures
Required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue
