WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Financial Performance and Results:
Meet or exceed budgetary expectations on all associated line items
Cost control on F&B including Liquor
Responsible for managing labor cost through proper staffing and schedule management
Assist with developing monthly and quarterly specials, events, etc.
Complete required paperwork in timely manner
Assist with monthly building inventory
Recruitment, training and management of staff:
Supervision of hourly staff and supervisors. Conduct annual evaluations and set goals for individuals and outline team action plans. Propose compensation recommendations to department director
Hold departmental staff meetings to keep everyone informed of our problems/progress
Maintain open door policy with staff
Monitor progress of staff & management. Follow up/follow through to support to assist subordinates in reaching goals (continual coaching and guidance)
Provide for ongoing training of staff as needed
Oversee participation of staff in cross training/re-certification programs
Maintain appropriate staffing levels - hiring, terminations, maintain disciplinary documentation per HOB standards, ensure complete and thorough training of all staff and management (department director sign off)
Maintain positive staff relations (in all areas outlined in Manager evaluation form) Manages, coordinates and aids in execution/facilitation of all on-site training programs, seminars, operational rollouts and further learning & development needs (as per General Manager, AGM, HR Manager and Director of Training)
Attends venue level operations meetings on weekly or regular basis as outlined by General Manager
Completes schedules for hourly staff on weekly basis
Maintain all Standards:
Housekeeping - conduct walk throughs
Meet or exceed health and safety requirements
Follow all policies and procedures as stated in Handbook and manuals
Maintain operational supplies
Full compliance in venue, city and state alcohol policies and procedures
Ensure Smooth Operations of Department
Keep guest feedback log
Completes incident reports
Staffs coat check area
Maintain, coordinate, and maximize labor based on nightly changes in sales/business volume.
Ensure environmental standards are adequate (light, sound, room temperature, cleanliness, line of sight, table maintenance, promotional materials, etc.)
Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift meetings
Provide for liquor pulls and ensure accurate accounting
Coordinate and oversee private/special events per event specifications
Other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
1-3 years high volume experience in fine dining/restaurant/or club operations
1-2 years supervisory or operational management experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
High School Diploma required
Preferred:
College Degree in related field
Responsible Alcohol Service certification
T.I.P.S. Certified or equivalent
Physical Demands/Working Environment:

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Responsible for various errands and tasks associated with the talent and production of the show. Confidentiality is very critical to this role.
• Coordinate technical & other aspects of production with touring and house production team.

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Guest Service team member. The Guest Service member will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibility
* Prevent and resolve altercations among guests
* Lead guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistance

Supervision of the Department
Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.)

Assist Manager on housing, distributing and depositing venue cash on a weekly basis.
Responsible for pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicable.
Assist Manager in scheduling all employee's payroll prior to deadlines
Conduct band settlement on shows with split point deals, or when deemed necessary by talent department

III. Other Responsibilities
Create, modify and maintain inventory for all ticketed events in a secure ticketing environment
Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers
Monitor and maintain functionality of all ticketing computers, software and hardware
Secondary representative in all venue interactions with Ticketmaster

The Role:
Barback is responsible for bar service equipment/supply maintenance and set up. This position will maintain the cleanliness of the bar and service area during the shift and perform functions under supervision as business requires.

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Supervisor - Venue Security. The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the security department and staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions under the direction of the Security Manager and Operations Manager.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Direct and supervise security staff and other employees performing security services for guests.
Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints,

THE JOB
As a member of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for servicing any and all needs of the touring artist as they arise in preparation for the performance and general maintenance of the venue. This may include,
but is not limited to
, moving and setting up chairs and tables, setting up a security perimeter, painting touchups, building repair, facilitating large lines of guests, filling in for ushers or security when needed, interacting with the other departments around the venue, interfacing with the guests and ensuring the best possible evening, and more. Developing your discretion and anticipating the needs of the guests will be crucial as you learn on the job.
Maintain the working order of all facilities at the venue
Set up and remove all lobby and theater related set up
Prep the exterior of the building for show days
Assist in the clean up at the end of the event and returning the theater to its default state
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Works directly with the Ops Manager and Operations Supervisor to perform day of show duties
Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
Inform guests of venue amenities & make recommendations
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members
Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
Required to work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue

The Role:
The Guest Service member will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Ushers, greeters, and ticket takers may engage with guests, visiting artists, artist management, patrons, and any other member of the public or administration they may encounter. Front of House Staff are also expected to carry out any job function management deems as appropriate and within the scope of caring and maintaining for the venue, customer service, guest experience, post-show breakdown, guest and staff safety/emergency response.
Job Functions:
Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.
Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.
Resolve guest complaints or problems.
Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.
Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.
Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
May help at informational kiosks or displays around the venue.
Qualifications:
Customer Service driven.
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
