WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Performs the load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment (unloading/loading of trucks/vans/cars- pushing and moving gear until the union takes over)
Transporting Merch throughout the venue
Maintain curtains
Move, setup, organize, tables, chairs, furniture backstage as needed
Assist with the setup/breakdown of hospitality area
Any other items as Directed by the Production Manager, General Manager and/or Operations Manager
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Preferred but not required:
1 year Tour and Stage Production experience
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field of study
* 5-8 years of direct experience in brand or account management, client service, media, or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies
* 1-2 years of direct employee and/or agency management experience
* Strong project management skills including ability to communicate, prioritize, manage, and organize simultaneous projects and deadlines

THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, management, and execution of merchandising sales across multiple clients. The Role:
As an usher, greeter or ticket taker, you help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show.
Job Functions:

Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.
Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
Additional tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

THE ROLE
As a trustworthy leader, the Director of Human Resources Operations - Latin America (LATAM), will provide support and guidance to Live Nation's Latin America regions (i.e., Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and more).

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations across LATAM for corporate, touring, venue, production, and festival hiring
* Serve as HR lead on all LATAM mergers & acquisitions and drive integration conversations/decisions with JV counterparts
* Own recruiting workflows, approvals, and compliance within Workday Recruiting
* Lead all day-to-day HR operations across LATAM including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, contracts, leave management, data integrity, audits, and personnel documentation
* Design, standardize, and optimize HR operational infrastructure across multiple countries with local compliance
* Lead Workday implementations for new countries and acquired entities

THE JOB
We are seeking a supervisor for our Box Office at Westbury Music Fair. The Box Office Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the Box Office staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Supervision of the Department
* Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.)
* Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions, as needed
* Ensure positive and creative team environment within the department
* Facilitate open communication with the Box Office Manager, staff and all other venue departments
* Exhibit proper inter-departmental communications and organization
* Ensure complete and satisfactory on-going staff training
* Assist manager with staff evaluations (training, 90-day, annual)
* Provide a positive team environment within the department
* Assist in ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
* Help set staff development and performance goals & monitor progress
* Recruitment and hiring staff, ensure that hiring / disciplinary / termination standards follow all Clubs & Theaters guidelines
* Promote and provide superior customer service in all guest interactions
* Participate in all on-site venue meetings as needed
II. Financial / Cash Handling
* Ensure that venue staff follows cash handling policies & procedures
* Balance and reconciliation of all seller cash drawers
* Assist Manager on reconciliation & accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event and daily Box Office Sales.
* Assist Manager on housing, distributing and depositing venue cash on a weekly basis.
* Responsible for pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicable.
* Assist Manager in scheduling all employee's payroll prior to deadlines
* Conduct band settlement on shows with split point deals, or when deemed necessary by talent department
* Complete and distribute accurate daily ticket counts for agents and artists
III. Other Responsibilities
* Create, modify and maintain inventory for all ticketed events in a secure ticketing environment
* Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers
* Monitor and maintain functionality of all ticketing computers, software and hardware
* Secondary representative in all venue interactions with Ticketmaster
* Ensure an accurate and timely flow of event and general venue information both intra-departmentally, and to the general public
* Modify, maintain and update all customer database files
* Develop and maintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of events
* Interact with artist, record label, management and band tour accountant. Provide reports as necessary.
* Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP team on Upsells, inventory management and any other tasks as they arise
* Work with Operations/Guest Services on ADA tickets, relocation or troubleshooting needs as they arise.
* Position may require 3rd Party venue coverage offsite which will include night of show management, staffing and providing equipment needs.
* Ensure that venue is compliant with ADA ticket laws

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Box Office Representative who will assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as collecting admission tickets and passes from guests, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.
Greet guests attending events who come to the box office.
Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
Provide accommodations for guests with special needs both prior to and day of show- this could include offering assistance to someone who uses a wheelchair.
Inform guests of the layout of the venue and be prepared to direct them to the restrooms, concession stands and designated seats/sections.
Know how identify a fake ticket or credential and educate the guest on where to buy authentic tickets.
Settle seating disputes or help solve other guest concerns.
Assist guests in finding seats, lighting the way with flashlights, if necessary.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Maintain order, ensure adherence to safety rules, and share any safety concerns with management.
Guide guests to closest exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.

THE JOB
Promoted Ads is a new advertising channel that empowers event marketers to leverage Ticketmaster's platform. It is the first retail media network for the live entertainment space p.
