Qualifications Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred). Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar project management certification (preferred). 3+ years of experience in vendor or subcontractor management, with a focus on pricing, negotiations, and relationship management. Prior experience in the interiorscape, landscaping, construction, or facilities management industry is a plus. Experience in construction expediting or project coordination in the construction industry is highly desirable.
