Establish and nurture long-term relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure continuous collaboration and performance improvement.
Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between subcontractors, vendors, or internal teams.
Project Coordination & Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the project management team, ensuring all subcontractor documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices are properly maintained.
Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
Assist with project scheduling and tracking to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Expedite and coordinate the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites, ensuring that projects proceed without delays.

Qualifications
Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar project management certification (preferred).
3+ years of experience in vendor or subcontractor management, with a focus on pricing, negotiations, and relationship management.
Prior experience in the interiorscape, landscaping, construction, or facilities management industry is a plus.
Experience in construction expediting or project coordination in the construction industry is highly desirable.
Skills:
