Matt Keiser is the Founder and CEO of LiveIntent. He formed LiveIntent with the vision of solving problems that have been plaguing the email industry for years. Prior to LiveIntent, Matt co-founded and served as the President of Datran Media (now PulsePoint), where he architected the underlying technology for their suite of performance-marketing and audience measurement solutions. Matt is a founding partner and co-chair of the investment committee of Grape Arbor VC, one of NY’s most active teams of angel investors. He is also the co-founder of Perky Jerky and is on the advisory council for the Rosenbach Museum of Philadelphia.

Jason Oates is a founding executive and Chief Business Officer at LiveIntent, which is a people based marketing platform reaching over 250MM people monthly as they consume email newsletters that are sent by over 2,500 publishers and brands. As CBO, he builds new functions within the company to drive sustainable growth, mentor and develop people and contribute to the culture. Jason is also a thought leader and speaker in the AdTech and Martech community and often speaks at conferences and events such as Cannes, eTail, RampUp, DMA and Brand Innovators. Jason started his career in 1996 as the first "Interactive" (not called digital at the time) media planner/buyer at DMB&B and spent the next 15 years building and leading digital marketing functions for JMCP, Avenue A, IMS and Datran Media working on brands like P&G, GM, eHarmony and Verizon. In his spare time, he loves family road trips, fishing and performing with his band RIFFF (Resistance Is Futile Find Fun) https://www.facebook.com/rifffmusic. RIFFF and LiveIntent often host charity events raising thousands of dollars for great organizations like Wounded Warriors Project, TeamFox, The Trevor Project and Girls Who Code.

Adam Berkowitz is a Chief Of Staff, Corporate Communications and Industry Relations at LiveIntent Inc and is based in Greater New York City Area. He has worked as Paralegal at New York Life, Production Assistant at HBO, and Member Development at Public Relations Society of America Inc. Adam attended New York University between 2010 and 2010, New York University between 2005 and 2007, and Colgate University between 1996 and 2000.
