The Individuals are the best part of working there. Enhancing the lives of disabled individuals
No diversity in upper management at all. Very clicky. Theu promote their friends instead of hard work. They set you up if they want to get rid of you. They cover up investigations. Mandatory hours. No work life balance
Making my own schedule
I don't know the current CEO..Only the prior one F. Ehrlich . Who didn't show reasonable judgements in investigations. Just listened to hear say from othe management staff
Diversity in Management. Promote based on work ethics, not who you're friends with or click with. Reard longevity instead of trying to get rid of longevity so you don't have to pay them more
I didn't prepare as i had experience in the field and they pursued me due to experience
Salary was terrible for what they expect you to do, Dealing with calls when you're off duty, however, not compensated for it.
You won't see people of color in any higher up positions. Only, as house managers, which i was. Managers /staff are doing all the meaningful work. Without being appreciated or compensated appropriately
The most fulfilling part of the job is the individuals who work there and some of the staff
