    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Maintain a primary focus on the support and development of each team member through our sales proficiency process * Ensure that the retail store team is accurately staffed * Assist with developing schedules that accurately match team member skills to guest demand. * Role Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during sales engagements * Executes Sales Floor Leadership and Guest Engagement Leadership responsibilities when assigned * Ensure team completes ongoing development training * Executes style guide directives * Ensure daily task lists are completed by store teams * Help to address escalated guest situations and resolution * Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply data to assess the current departmental focus * Partner with the Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals * Foster team member development to build a strong talent bench for the organization's growth. Conduct regular check-ins, one-on-one meetings, and performance management sessions to provide feedback, support career advancement, and ensure team members have the skills necessary for future success. * Cultivate a positive store culture by acting as a servant leader, prioritizing the experiences of both guests and team members. Implement initiatives that boost morale and engagement while meeting business goals, creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Qualifications Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs. Experience working with Tableau is preferred. Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time. Compensation: $23.90 - $31.05 Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.     The Visual Merchandise Supervisor at Living Spaces oversees visual merchandising and logistics operations to ensure a world-class brand experience. This role maintains high standards in showroom presentations, CPU service, shipping, receiving, and product processing. The supervisor implements and upholds Visual and Logistics SOPs, ensuring the store is always guest-ready and visually appealing. Additionally, the role manages efficient product flow and accurate inventory. Collaboration with corporate visual partners, marketing, IT, DCs, and customer service is essential to achieve store goals. The supervisor also partners with Retail Managers to exceed store goals and create an exceptional guest experience. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Ensure all merchandising team members are properly trained. * Complete and demonstrate competency in all Living Spaces training modules. * Partner with management to manage the learning of new hires and existing team members. * Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly plans to maintain an elevated showroom experience through merchandising. * Build a passion for the product through product knowledge training. * Manage team member attendance for Visual and Logistics Onboarding. * Lead the Visual Stylist, Logistic team members, Labeling, Service Tech, and Janitor. * Help manage and execute product flow, shipping and receiving, CPU product flow, and product flow from prep to the floor. * Maintain proper staging, labeling, and organization around usable warehouse space. * Order warehouse supplies as needed. * Provide world-class service to CPU guests and maintain CPU standards, including training, process, and surveys. * Ensure merchandising team members engage guests on the showroom floor as needed. * Complete and communicate reports and photos to the Merchandising Manager, Corporate Partners, Regional Support, and Director of Merchandising as necessary. * Partner with the Retail Managers to meet and exceed gross margin goals. * Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent of all merchandising team members. * Conduct ongoing talent conversations and develop leadership skills to build store "bench." * Build and inspire store teams to achieve goals and complete standard work. * Generate energy within the store through recognition and transparent in-the-moment conversations. * Engage with guests throughout the store, provide sales assistance, and uphold a high standard of guest service to ensure an exceptional experience. For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required.
