As Chief Information Officer, Miles is at the heart of Livingston’s digital leadership strategy, creating and overseeing the execution of the company’s vision for innovation and future trade technology. He leads a team of seasoned IT and business professionals focused on accelerating Livingston’s client experience and operational excellence through the use of effective digital tools. Prior to joining Livingston, Miles served as CIO of a global logistics company where he developed a digital strategy that created new sales channels, and that deployed automation programs to significantly improve the company’s operating platform. He was instrumental in introducing new customer and carrier portals to market and turning data into business intelligence to improve decision making. Prior to Echo Global Logistics, Miles founded Convoko, a consulting firm helping growth-focused companies optimize corporate strategies, processes, and best-in-class technology platforms. He began his career with Accenture managing change programs and being responsible for large-scale IT project delivery. Miles is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a B.S. in decision and information sciences (Magna Cum Laude).
