If during the course of unloading a barge the tractor operator encounters out of condition grain, wet floors, mixed grain or any other condition not consistent with normal grain conditions it must be communicated immediately to the Unloader operator. · Operator must possess the ability to communicate the operational status of the skid steer tractor to maintenance personnel.
