Minimum of 5+ years' experience in press maintenance, preferably with offset, digital, flexographic, or web-fed systems. Proficiency with electrical controls, pneumatics, servo drives, encoders, web tension systems, and plate imaging equipment. Familiarity with PLC ladder logic and HMI systems a plus. Strong understanding of printing processes, substrates, inks, and color management. Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 lbs., with frequent bending and kneeling around large press equipment.
