This role focuses on accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and chargeback resolution. What you'll be doing: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately and timely Perform account reconciliations, including bank and ledger reconciliations Handle collections activities, following up on outstanding balances and resolving payment discrepancies Process and resolve chargebacks and billing issues Prepare and issue customer invoices (weekly volume; typically requiring 1-2 dedicated days) Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Desktop Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 2-3 years of experience in an AP/AR, accounting support, or similar role Prior Collections Experience required Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting systems Strong attention to Detail, Organization, and follow-through Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
