What you'll do on a typical day:
Drive a tractor in and around the site or on public roads, moving multiple styles of trailers
Inspect tractor/yard truck before and after the shift
Maneuver tractor/trailer safely throughout the facility within the designated lanes and areas
Maintain housekeeping within assigned tractor/trailer and defined areas
Inspect trailers to be moved to verify condition
Work safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices
What you need to succeed at GXO:

The Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine ( SFESOM ) at the University of Utah is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to launch the Southern Utah Regional Medical Campus ( SURMC ) in St. George, Utah. The SURMC will increase the number of medical students and graduates focused on rural health, growing Utah's physician workforce with special expertise in population health and primary care. A class of 10 medical students per year-the Southern Utah cohort-will begin their educational experiences at the SURMC in Fall 2027, after completing Phase 1 (2026-27) of a new mission-driven MD program on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City. The position will begin part-time (0.2 FTE ) and gradually transition to 0.8 FTE by July 1, 2026. This is an adjunct appointment in the Division of Medical Education that reports to the Senior Associate Dean of Regional Campuses. Additional appointments in the SFESOM may be determined later, based on the candidate's specialty and interest. The participants will live and work out of the Westwater Ranger Station which is located 70 miles from Moab, Utah and 40 miles from Grand Junction, Colorado. Work will be coordinated through the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Moab Field Office Recreation Program. Westwater Canyon is the first whitewater stretch on the Colorado River in Utah. The canyon is seventeen miles long and includes Class III and IV rapids. This section is challenging at all water levels and is only recommended for experience boaters. As with any remote river, floating through Westwater can be a very humbling and challenging experience which necessitates respect and skill. The ranger station can be a busy place as it is the put in for Westwater Canyon and the takeout for the Ruby Horsethief section. There is campground with twelve campsites, two toilets and a network of trails and roads including the Kokopelli's trail. The participant may be the first contact with visitors and will provide them with education about the canyon and surrounding areas.
The participant will be responsible for conducing permit compliance and gear checks for commercial and private permittees as well as performing patrols of the wilderness study area and upland within the Utah Rims Special Recreation Management Area. This is a great opportunity to learn about outdoor recreation and federal land management. You will work closely with land management professionals to learn about allocated permit systems and travel management planning. The participant will interact with visitors and share educational information, tips for safely recreating on public lands and to protect the unique resources. The participant will be required to wear a uniform and to represent the SCA and the BLM in a positive and professional manner.

Job Description
Responsible for storyboarding scripts and study guides for each LearnSmart course. As a member of the Editorial team you will be responsible for creating an A/V script. The A/V scripts will be based on a preliminary teleprompter script in which you will add graphics, photos, and animation cues used by the production team to build the preliminary slides using Keynote (MAC application very similar to PowerPoint). These slides will need to be re-worked to ensure they meet company standards in terms of quality and purpose. You will use your artistic instructional design skills to ensure the content is organized and presentable in a manner that is well formed and meets global standards. You're ability to write creatively and transform scripted study guides into conversational courseware is key. You will also be responsible for writing short promo scripts derived from each course to be used as promotional marketing material for each new course. As a member of the Editorial team you will report to the Dir. of Courseware Development. Upon completion of the A/V scripts, you will deliver the A/V script for the Dir. of Courseware Development for review.
Qualifications
Strong Academic Record - Doing well in school matters! It shows us that you took the tasks at hand seriously and dealt with them successfully.
College Degrees - 4 yr Degree with 3-5 yrs professional experience required. We tend to look for graduates in English, Writing, Instructional Design, or Communications who have an eye for copy editing, and have intellectual interests and panache too!
Technical Acumen - Individuals with an aptitude or interest in content management, editing, or system tools are desired. Basic knowledge of web navigating, research, and ability to manipulate images is a must!
Survival Skills - Your toolbox should include dealing with ambiguity and getting scrappy.
