**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Comply with all company Safety and Security policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
+ Report injuries, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Supervisor immediately.
+ Ensure equipment is operating properly and safely before use. Complete the required documentation to safely utilize the equipment. Report damaged equipment or damage to the facility to a Manager or Supervisor immediately.
+ Ensure products are handled safely and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
+ Provide outstanding service to our Customers. Ensure that orders are 100% filled and on time all of the time.
+ The product is received and shipped without error.
+ Ensure that finished products are used in rotation: First-In-First-Out. Label and return all products to designated locations.
+ Follow all Quality Procedures for the Preservation, Packaging, and Storage of Products.
+ Adhere to on-call/off-call work schedule, being available on short notice around the clock and on-call week.
+ Carry out daily activities with the Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure the quality and quantity of work meet performance expectations as set by Management
+ Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed, and that documentation is maintained and accurate. This includes an accurate and timely transfer of materials out of the warehouse facility.
+ Conduct accurate and timely inventories of raw products, finished products, packaging, materials, and supplies, reconciling physical inventory as required.
+ Participate in training and cross-training within other areas to utilize labor efficiently and to prevent downtime or disruption to operations.
+ Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
+ High school diploma or GED required,

**Job Summary:**

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities:**

About the role
Reporting to the Tank Farm Manager, the Truck Loader Operator will be responsible for the daily operations of the truck and railcar loading and unloading at the facility/plant.
Truck Loader Operator duties will include, but aren't limited to, the following:
Load/Unloading trucks and railcars
Sampling tanks, trucks, railcars
Tank transfers/decants from truck to truck, truck to tank, railcar to truck, etc.
Operate boiler to steam tanks and railcars
Use of overflow equipment / devices
Operate Vapor Combustion Unit
General plant upkeep to include custodial duties
Performing all tasks in a safe and cautious manner
Other tasks as directed by supervisor
Typical shift:
5 x 8 hour per week Monday - Friday with alternating weekend coverage as required

The Hydrovac Swamper will work as part of a crew responsible for going into residential and commercial areas working on underground utilities and working with their crew to complete tasks for the day.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful completion of hydro excavation projects including utility line exposure, debris removal, slot trenching, and digging
Supervise activities of Hydrovac Swamper in order to ensure employee skill development
Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Hydrovac operation
Complete all required paperwork properly and within set timelines
Perform pre and post-trip inspections, as well as routine maintenance
Performing Required Daily Vacuum Excavation Tasks:
Potholing Existing Underground Utilities for HDD Work
Pole Holes, Anchors, and Trench Work for Company Divisions
Exposing Existing Underground Utilities for New Placement and Maintenance Work
Success Factors:
Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods, often under adverse climatic conditions.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs multiple times during a work shift
Ability to climb, dig, work in tight spaces, on uneven surfaces, walking, stooping, and kneeling
Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instruction
Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team with co-worker
Ability to pass motor vehicle, criminal background check, and comply with drug-free workplace policy
English usage sufficient to keep records, place orders, and prepare simple narrative reports
Knowledge of basic underground utilities
Skills in operating heavy equipment and machines proficiently and safely
Ability to use time and equipment efficiently to complete projects on time
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
Mechanical aptitude
Mapping and Print Reading
Ability to work in confined spaces Minimum of 1 year of related experience or training
Mechanical ability; and knowledge of equipment and heavy vehicle operation, maintenance, and repair
Willingness and ability to learn additional skills
Experience and Education:
1-2 years of Manual Laboring Experience preferred
Standard Driver License Required
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required within two weeks of employment.
Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)â¯background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

What You'll Get to Do
The Loader/Unloader is focused on Loading glass pieces onto company delivery and common carrier vehicles in a way that ensures the glass will arrive in good condition. This is an overnight position. Reports to Night Shift Supervisor.
This role is perfect for an individual who Follows Safety Policies, Enjoys working with their hands, has great coordination. A vital member of the Truck Loader Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
Moving materials including glass from one position/location to another in an effort to expedite the material throughout the plant
Ability to use and understand computerized tracking systems, delivery receipts, and production labels
Recognize product defects and notify supervisor immediately of any issues
Handle products in a manner that will not cause damage to the product or injury to self or others
Loading trucks on level ground and ensuring even load weight distribution and ensure safe delivery to the customer
What We Are Looking For
Basic computer familiarity
Ability to read and use a tape measure
Must be willing to work in other departments, varying start/end times, and overtime as needed
Must have the ability to constantly lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. without assistance
Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with same climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.). Temperatures are elevated in the summer due to heat generated by glass tempering furnaces
