Purpose Statement The Material Handler will coordinate the flow of raw materials, work in progress, and the finished product effectively and accurately. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. * Adhere to GMP guidelines for personal practices regarding hygiene and cleanliness. * Hand-stacking of individual cakes (eaches) to build pallets. * Assist with manual conversion of eaches into cases using case packing equipment as necessary. * Assist with Palletizer and Shrink Wrap operations as necessary. * Keep work area clean. * Provide coverage in other departments when needed. * Other duties as assigned.
