Understand and perform various loading procedures for domestic, foreign, and key account shipments. Understand and perform trailer loading procedures, rough sides, holes, tires, etc. Understand and perform all protocols for using/operating IFS scanners, filling out load sheets, weight tickets, etc.... ENSURE that only correct, damage-free product is loaded. Maintain a First-In-First-Out finished product, inventory management system. Obtain load and weigh tickets for each outgoing shipment. Stage mixed and partial pallets for upcoming shipments. Perform daily inspections on loading dock equipment and trailer spotting equipment. Maintain an orderly warehouse, including sweeping up debris. Always keep workstation and surrounding area in a clean and safe manner Maintain thorough and legible paperwork when filling out orders. Perform and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Communicate production status to oncoming shift personnel. Working overtime is MANDATORY and requires full participation. Work in a safe, professional manner at all times. Report any accidents, property damage, or near misses to a supervisor immediately. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in accordance with company policy. Perform all functions in accordance with sound safety practices and procedures. Report all safety violations and safety hazards to Shift Supervisor immediately. Participate in all safety programs. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

The position will use QAD to generate work orders and picking list to staged materials in accordance to approved SOP's. Dispensing raw materials in a designated cleanroom that involves removing raw materials from containers (bags, barrels, boxes etc.) according to appropriate EBR as defined in procedure. Key in inventory movement transaction into QAD (ERP system) Pick and stage consumable and raw Participate in warehouse inventory management task such as cycle counts, processing expired materials, materials put away and QAD inventory transactions Transports and distributes approved GMP raw materials, components and supplies to the designated manufacturing facilities Participates with SOP and Work Instruction updates as required Complies with cGMP Documentation, Practices and Regulations Maintains warehouses and sub-inventory areas in an audit ready state Complies with EHS&S safety guidelines, especially those directly related to the operation of warehousing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Working Conditions: This position is required to work in a warehouse and cleanroom setting. Job Description PPS is seeking a Material Handler to accurately and safely distribute material internally and externally to the facility efficiently and expeditiously. Must be proficient at skills, demonstrating a clear ability to grasp 5S philosophy and work within multiple disciplines. Must demonstrate the ability to lead small teams or be a technical expert in a specific material distribution discipline. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately handle transactions and physical movement of material in and out of the stockroom Responsible for accurate inventory level management Responsible for maintaining cycle counts and a clean warehouse Accurately kit all work orders Assist in all WIP movement and transactions May assist with shipping/receiving/packaging as needed May drive company truck and/or forklift May perform other duties as required Attendance is an essential duty of this position Forklift Certification preferred not required for all Material Handlers.
