Experience must be within the last 5 years. Experience must also be operating in small confined areas with pedestrian traffic. Must have knowledge of OSHA forklift and pedestrian regulations and processes. Ability to successfully complete written and hands-on demonstration of operation to confirm competency requirements are present.
