The Material Handler V ensures accurate and safe movement and storage of parts in to and out of the Warehouse via various methods of transactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Performance of Miscellaneous Functions * Fill orders for incoming customers. * Perform routine maintenance work such as cleaning warehouses/yard. * Inspect the forklift prior to daily operation to avoid equipment problems and malfunctions in accordance with OSHA regulations. * Cross train and back-up others in warehouse. * Personal Attributes and Skills * Strong initiative, self-starter with a continuous-improvement mindset * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a cross-functional team environment. * Working knowledge and techniques associated with organizing and setting priorities. Qualifications: * High School Diploma * 1-2 years warehouse experience required with some experience in a distributorship preferred. * Neat and clean appearance. * Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
