Responsibilities/Duties: Unload finished goods from packing lines, stack boxes on shipping pallets according to company standards and safety guidelines. Ensure pallets are stacked securely and meet quality standards for weight distribution and stability. Organize items for efficient stacking and wrapping. Use a wireless scanner to scan item barcodes into the computer system and verify that scanned information matches system records. Safely and efficiently shrink-wrap completed pallets to prepare them for transportation. Load pallets onto trucks according to shipping schedules and delivery specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Efficiently manage time to meet daily processing demand. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
