Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Handler role involves being responsible for movement of materials to prepare for operation, inventory transactions, improving inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving of product, and filling in at different positions when needed.
What a typical day looks like:
Physical preparation of all shipments.
Receive material and store it correctly using implemented procedures.
Keep accurate filling of receipt and shipping documentation with correct lot trace ability tags.
Keep and maintain tracking of shipping containers.
Operate a forklift truck.
Follow all EHS policies and procedures.
Perform accurate month end inventories and understand part flow in plant and where to stock it.
Responsible for loading all production material for the assigned production lines.

Responsibilities include:
+ Responsible for collecting hazardous waste and (R&D) lab waste.
+ Segregate and process hazardous waste according to hazard class.
+ Bulk various types of solvents for flammable liquid & non-RCRA liquid drums.
+ Lab pack hazardous waste.
+ Perform hazardous waste pick-ups, on-site transportation, waste sampling, waste classification, waste packaging, manifesting, and tracking of waste containers from cradle-to-grave.
+ Provide support and guidance to hazardous waste generators regarding proper labeling, storage, and management of hazardous waste.
+ Coordinate pick up of hazardous waste and mixed waste within three (3) business days of receipt of a fully completed Form A and safely transport hazardous waste on-site back to the less than 90-day accumulation area.
+ Perform hazardous waste sampling activities and prepare paperwork and samples for shipment.
+ Properly segregate and store hazardous waste by hazard class and compatibility.
+ Coordinate provision of all containers needed for the storage and disposal of hazardous waste to all hazardous waste generators.
+ Classify and package hazardous waste and prepare for shipment and disposal offsite.
+ Prepare a properly executed Uniform Hazardous Waste manifest.
+ Maintain records related to hazardous waste disposal, including analytical results, waste profiles, manifests, and land ban forms.
+ Pickup and transport unused, unopened chemicals to the Central Chemical Storage Facility for storage for future use by the owner and maintain accurate inventory of chemicals.
+ Conduct and document weekly compliance inspections of the hazardous waste storage facilities.
+ Perform initial inspections for Satellite Accumulation Area Determinations.
+ Prepare monthly Hazardous Waste generator activity reports including generator name, waste location, organization code, waste storage date, item identification number, waste name and description, and weight.
+ Maintain 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and applicable US DOT Certification.
+ Provide support and participate in internal environmental regulatory compliance audits, annual self-assessments, and other audits and inspections.
+ Provide support for the company recycling and sustainability programs
Key Qualifications Level 1:
+ High School diploma or equivalent and no experience
+ US Citizenship is required
+ Valid drivers license
+ Hold current DOD clearance or ability to apply for and obtain one.

Warehouse Loader: Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, forklift, hand truck and/or electric pallet jack, as appropriate.
Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
Loads materials into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
Conveys materials from storage sites to designated loading area.
Counts and records number of units of materials moved or handled, breakage and spoilage on appropriate sheets.
Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases and other containers.
Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and wraps bundles together.
Performs housekeeping and grounds maintenance warehouse and sales center offices.
Wears Company provided uniform and safety equipment.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Required Qualifications:
• High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent.

• Must be able to lift (floor to waist, waist to crown level, and horizontally).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform frequent simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation, neck
rotation, and neck flexion throughout the workday.
• Must be able to twist, push/pull, reach at, above and below shoulder height frequently
throughout the workday.
• Must be able to stoop, bend and squat frequently throughout the workday.
• Must be able to stand/walk continuously throughout the day
• Must be able to ascend/descend/balance frequently on portable stairs for small parts retrieval.

Nexeo HR is hiring Data Center Material Handlers to support one of the most advanced data center logistics operations in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-tech, fast-paced warehouse team that specializes in inventory control, component installation, RMA processing, material handling, and logistics support.
This long-term, full-time role offers consistent scheduling, hands-on technical experience, and real advancement potential. Upon permanent hire, you'll receive a $1 per hour raise and gain eligibility for promotion into lead, supervisor, or logistics manager roles. Responsibilities
• Safely load and unload inbound/outbound freight with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, straddle stackers, and other material handling equipment
• Use RF scanners, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel to manage inventory and perform cycle counts
• Perform quality inspections and handle RMA processing for server parts and electronic components
• Use laser measuring tools to install and position server racks with precision
• Assemble and cable electronic hardware according to schematics and diagrams
• Maintain 5S warehouse standards: clean, organized, and safety-compliant
• Collaborate with logistics, dispatch, and warehouse operations teams to meet deadlines and service goals
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or data center logistics
• Technical aptitude with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, RF scanners, and warehouse inventory systems
• Forklift certification or hands-on experience with material handling equipment required
• Ability to lift 50-100+ lbs and stand for extended 10-hour shifts
• Strong attendance record, work ethic, and effective communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a 10-year national background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay
$19.50 Per Hour (with $1.00 raise after permanent hire)
Schedule
Weekday Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Overtime and occasional Saturday shifts required as needed

What does a Forklift Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola? The forklift operator moves products or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered industrial equipment and/or vehicles with an extremely high focus on safety and the safety of others. Work is conducted in a very fast-paced environment where productivity expectations are high.
Responsibilities:
Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to relocate products or materials within a warehouse facility. Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area to meet requirements. Efficiently load and unload palletized and/or non-palletized products / materials in or out of designated trailers and/or route trucks to meet scheduled delivery time. Ensure that products / materials are stacked, stored, and secured in compliance with regulatory/company policies and procedures
Ensure proper dunnage is loaded on transport trailers to secure the load to prevent materials from tipping, falling, etc
Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
Ensure proper rotation of product
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Forklift certified or a willingness to be trained and become certified within 1 month
Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy
Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
