Responsibilities:
Take applications, gather necessary documentation, structure loans, and prepare files for review by the Loan Officer within 48 hours of receiving the file
Ensure that files are ready for accurate disclosure and submission to processing with all initial documents once the loan is under contract
Exceptional organization and customer service skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external customers
Expert-level familiarity with all loan programs and guidelines
Maintain constant communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and clients throughout the loan process
Ability to manage a pipeline of 20-30 loan applications a month
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
Bilingual required
NMLS license required

Strong preference for experience with Encompass software

Residential builder experience is required.
