We're hiring Bilingual Loan Officers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Bilingual Loan Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and processing personal, auto, and refinancing loans, gathering all required documentation for underwriter approval, and assisting members with loan inquiries while cross-selling products and services. Responsibilities of the Bilingual Loan Officer: Assist members with loan applications, inquiries, balances, and payoffs. Review credit reports to identify opportunities for better loan rates. Prepare loan packages for submission to underwriters. Perform routine member transactions including account inquiries, transfers, check withdrawals, stop payments, and statement requests. Provide support for direct deposit and payroll maintenance. Redeem US Savings Bonds and assist members with related services. Maintain regular customer contact with professional and community organizations to ensure a positive company image.
