Your Toolbox * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. This is primarily an active position, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver's license in order to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales.
