ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Monthly delinquency reporting of consumer mortgage loans to upper management and outside agencies (FHA, VA, FHLMC, FNMA, PMI companies, etc.) and all tasks associated with filing of claims for any federally or privately insured mortgage loan
Process requests related to Credit bureau reporting, inquiries and disputes of consumer loans to ensure compliance with federal regulations
Other general clerical duties. Provide highest level of quality service. Significant customer contact with internal and external customers
Other Functions:
Assist any personnel as needed
Work closely with all Loan Operations staff
Be able to make decisions within limits set within the Loan Operations Department
