Originate real estate loan applications and cross sell additional products and services. Position Summary
Join a fast-paced team working to ensure all auto loan documents adhere to established credit union policies and regulations. As the Indirect LoanOfficer, you will be responsible for examining, evaluating, and authorizing approval of member applications for automobile loans working with our Indirect Lending program of auto dealers and dealer networks.

What You'll Do
Review and analyze credit applications from auto dealers to assess creditworthiness
Maintain frequent contact with participating dealers and cultivate relationships with potential dealerships.
Assists in auditing, funding, and booking loan contracts using the CUDL and XP systems.
Ensure loan packets comply prior to funding and work with dealership of any missing loan documentation.
Balances reports daily; handle inquiries regarding indirect loans and provide quotes to members/dealerships.
Available to be on call up to 14 hours a day, Monday through Saturday for any dealer needs.
Remain up to date with changes to program, policies/procedures as well as competitors' programs.
Education and Experience
Minimum 3 years of successful loan experience in an equivalent size institution.
High school diploma or GED required.
Combination of education, training and experience that provides knowledge and skills to perform essential functions of the job required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Ability and desire to learn, grow and develop professionally.
Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are required.

Position Summary:
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist I for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Essential Duties:
- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks.
- Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).
- Review and validate loan documents.

- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
