Ensure timely and independent processing of loan files, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies and procedures, including: * Review the application package for completeness and conformity to the applicable loan program requirements * Complete and deliver the application and loan disclosures in compliance with the required timeline/regulations for the appropriate loan program * Order and track applicable services such as, Social Security Verifications, IRS tax Transcripts, Appraisal and Title * Request and track additional documentation needed to submit the loan file to underwriting, from the branch and/or borrower * Review and analyze the income documentation and appraisal, calculate income, DTI and CLTV, and validate that the documentation agrees with the loan request. * Review the title to ensure the lenders intended lien position. Investigate and resolve any lien and /or judgment issues * Obtain any additional documentation from customer to clear all underwriting conditions and prepare file for closing * Ensure all loans are updated throughout the process in the Encompass or Meridian Link * Monitor pipeline to ensure that all regulatory timeframes are met Perform additional duties as requested/required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent to 1+ years of experience in Mortgage or Consumer banking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with branch staff, sales staff, vendors, and customers.
