This position will maintain all adjustments and revisions to the loans throughout the life of the loan. This position will also verify that proper documentation is received and/or filed to ensure the intended collateral for the loans is secured and will research items that are missing. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Performs a thorough review of all file information related to Consumer loans that are submitted for booking to ensure receipt of required loan documentation and to obtain corrections as needed Establishes new Consumer loans on banking system ensuring that all data is accurately entered, and all accounts are following bank lending policy. Makes corrections as required and ensures that booking procedures are correct. Performs maintenance to loans as requested including but not limited to unposted items, charge-off, shadow account processing, automatic funds transfer, reversals, due date changes, fee assessments and reversals, deferments, account verification and Over Draft Protection (ODP) maintenance. Automated Clearing House (ACH) set up and maintenance Process payments returns and maintenance as necessary in accordance with the terms of the loan. Provides support to Bank staff on loan accounts responding to customer service phone calls and assisting with loan questions Performs next day review on all maintenance performed by other processors as a result of requests from other departments or errors found. Maintains collateral accounts to reflect proper collateral control. Utilizes the Collateral Tracking system and third-party system to track and follow up on any identified exception items. Demonstrates the standards and principles of the Five Star Bank experience in every interaction with internal and external customers and associates.
