Closely inspects loan package documentation for suspicious or fraudulent documentation. Verifies calculations on the contracts prior to funding and prepares completed files for funding. Performs financial calculations such as income, payoffs, rebates and cancellation quotes, verification of employment, vehicle registration, driver's license, residence, and insurance coverage. Conducts customer interview to validate information contained in the loan documents. Serves as a liaison between Dealer, Loan Officers and Dealer Relationship Managers and assists in resolving funding issues. Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office Suite. Overtime required - required on an as needed basis. Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis. Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
