Rachael is helpful and accessible whenever you need her. The process is made easier by her knowledge and advice.
Shannon B. Posted on November 11th, 2024 As first-time homebuyers, my family and I were completely unfamiliar with the mortgage process, VA loans, or even the basics of buying a home. From start to finish, Rachael and her team made the entire experience effortless. When I say all we had to do was provide our information and let them handle the rest, I truly mean it. They were thorough, proactive, and attentive. One thing that really stood out was their constant credit monitoring-even on weekends-during the month leading up to closing. If anything came up, they would have alerted us immediately. Rachael also secured us an incredible interest rate. At a time when rates were soaring at 7%, she managed to lock us in at 5%. It's no exaggeration to say we wouldn't have been able to afford our home without her help. Rachael and her team went above and beyond, walking us through every step of the process and patiently explaining things we didn't understand. On top of that, they guided us toward finding the right home insurance. They are not just knowledgeable and professional-they're genuinely good people, and that's rare these days. If you're looking for someone you can trust wholeheartedly, who will go the extra mile to make your home-buying journey smooth and stress-free, Rachael Potts and her team are the ones to call. We wouldn't change a thing about our experience. They've been a true blessing to our family. -Tori Palm and Family
