Proactively looks for better ways to serve the member. Reviews all loan applications, including but not limited to regular consumer loans, home equity loans, first and second mortgages, MasterCard applications, and business loan applications for completeness of information. Makes a determination regarding the appropriate loan alternatives according to the need of the member.
