JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the processing, administration, and structure of commercial loans. Responsible for meeting loan application deadlines.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Assembles, reviews, and verifies accuracy of loan documentation. Ensures that loan files contain properly executed documents with correct dates, loan amounts, and other relevant data.
Responsible for securing loan collateral, legal documents, filing mortgages, UCC filings, amendments, and terminations.
Handles officer/customer inquiries and resolves routine problems with changes of ownership, note modifications, beneficiaries, and other loan details.
Professionally interacts with loan officers, bank management, staff, answering questions, and providing support for loan operations.
Communicates professionally with title, appraisal, and 3
rd
party vendors.
Maintains quality control of loan documents, loan files, and loan systems.
Scans loan work daily. Utilize document exception software.
Performs a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures.
Provides back up for other loan support positions and related duties as assigned.
Assists other departments on a temporary basis as needed during peak hours.

Knowledgeable of FIS, Laser Pro, Horizon XE and other bank specific software is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and acquire other computer skills as needed
Successful completion of in-house training program (if available) or approved outside training programs
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Office environment - 90% of work is typically performed in an office setting with climate-controlled settings and exposure to moderate noise levels.

The **Title and Registration Processor** is responsible for the processing incoming deals for vehicles sold through Retail and Rent2Buy channels. is $14.70 per hour with the opportunity for incentives. **What You'll Do:** - Maintain and process all documents necessary for title and registration.
- Responsible for understanding the various T&R channels for Car Sales operations based on state.
- Process deals electronically and ensure titles are ordered on all deals.
- Ensure all titles are properly filled out and signed off.

* Lead Management and Communication: Daily review of leads, followed by proactive outreach to prospective customers via telephone and email to schedule in-person/virtual meetings. Ensure clear and timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of dialogue.
* Loan Origination and Advisory: Originate and prepare new loans meticulously, adhering to federal, state, and company regulations outlined in the "Loan Officer" agreement. Offer personalized advice and recommend the most suitable mortgage loan products aligned with customers' financial and individual needs.
* Sales Support, Metrics, and Reporting: Provide crucial assistance to New Home Consultants on customer pre-qualifications, actively contributing to the development of a pipeline for outside sales. Strive to meet or exceed closed loan capture rate, spot loan objectives, and other established sales goals and metrics specified in the "Loan Officer" Agreement. Maintain detailed reports and notes within the origination computer system, facilitating a comprehensive exchange of information regarding loan applications, statuses, customer conversations, underwriting, lock-in information, monthly projected closings, incentives, and expenses.

The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for mitigating bank risk by ensuring properly executed original documentation is returned as well as ensuring the loan system appropriately identifies whether the loan is pledgeable to bank regulatory authorities or not. The position is also responsible for ensuring all affirmative covenant exceptions are set up per legal loan documentation, Credit Memo and Credit Policy. Accurate and timely establishment of covenant exceptions is critical for monitoring the financial health of the borrower and allows the lender sufficient opportunity to mitigate risk. It is also responsible for reviewing and validating covenant documents collected by lending personnel for exception clearing. Additional responsibilities include management of collateral on host system to ensure insurance and tax monitoring accurately occurs to mitigate risk of collateral loss. Additionally, the position is responsible for advising lending staff of documentation issues requiring correction.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITES
Audit all loan documentation to ensure receipt of original documents and enter follow-up items and exceptions into tracking system with appropriate tickler dates.
Evaluate and analyze insurance policies to determine if the coverage amount meets or exceeds bank policies and/or federal regulations.
Analyze loan documentation to identify and certify bank and regulatory policies are met.
Receive and evaluate UCC Lien Searches to validate MidFirst Bank's lien position.
Ensure holds are placed on deposit accounts and possessory collateral is properly safeguarded.
Review incoming documents to clear exceptions and update tracking system accordingly.
Manage collateral record on the host system to ensure collateral is accurately reflected.
Interpret loan documentation, Credit Policy and Commercial Lender's Handbook.
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties or projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 to 2 years of loan auditing or processing experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are required
Ability to make sound decisions and produce quality work under general or limited supervision
Working knowledge of more complex commercial transactions is preferred
Working knowledge of credit agreement covenants, loan documentation in multiple states, Article 9, UCC and other federal and state regulations is preferred
