Book loans on the bank's core-accounting system (ITI), and maintenances ITI when necessary. Book escrow information when required and disburses escrow funds to third parties as appropriate. Assist in the preparation of portfolio reports as necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Books loans on ITI system in a complete, correct and efficient manner. Reviews loan documentation for completeness, correctness and compliance. Processes all modifications/extensions/renewals on the ITI System. Books, funds and pays-off loans. Builds transaction blocks and/or run necessary entries to complete loan or extension transactions as necessary. Monitors Exception Reports for processed branches for unscheduled transactions. Prepares and submits monthly reports as directed by Manager. Maintains billing records for branches being processed. Assists branches in error resolution.
