Position Locations: Phoenix, AZ Tampa, FL St. Louis, MO Plano, TX Essential Duties: - Review and analyze loan data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Prepare and assemble closing documents, including the final closing disclosure and settlement statements. - Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, processors, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction. - Coordinate closing logistics, scheduling signings, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and investor loan closing regulations. - Maintain accurate closing schedules and deadlines. Qualifications: - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. - Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred. - General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.
