The Loan Coordinator I is responsible for the data integrity of customer and loan information as it is populated within loan applications and product packages and is the primary associate that works alongside the Busey Relationship Manager (RM). The coordinator collaborates with sales leaders on the generation of new loan requests, renewals, modifications or other customer requests within the Bank's loan origination system and develops strong working relationships with the Bank's external customer base and third-party vendors.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and apply strong knowledge of the Bank's “credit culture” and in partnership with Loan Coordination leadership advise Relationship Managers on deviations from standard practices
Acts as a resource for Relationship Managers on loan operations and the processing of loan requests through the loan operation system
Functions as a point of contact for other internal departments during the loan process, serving as a liaison between commercial lending departments such as Credit, Compliance, Deposit Operations, Loan Documentation, Loan Servicing and Post-Closing Review
Manages and oversees annual renewals, new loan requests and monthly reporting tasks on all loan types
Completes daily processes and maintains pace with month end, quarter end and year end volume levels
Enters customer and loan information into the Bank's loan origination system with specific attention to data integrity at the point of input
Obtains all pre-closing documentation requirements, such as flood letters, title work, appraisals, entity documents, corporate searches, credit bureau reports
Interacts, both verbal and written, with clients per Relationship Manager's direction on collecting data, documents, and various general customer service requests
Reviews closed loan packages to ensure no changes to loan documents were made at closing without approval per loan policy
Requests Change Memos reflecting adjustments made to the loan request Post Approval
Verifies recordation and collateral perfection if applicable
Monitors and assist in clearing exception items
Monitors monthly reports for RM Team
Assists in processing and responding to daily overdrafts per RM instructions and bank policies as needed
Assembles and coordinates required financial information from Client to Credit Department for analysis as needed
Provides back-up support for other Loan Coordinators during vacations and other high-volume periods
Performs other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Knowledge of:

Employee's primary duty shall be to sell the loan products offered by Citywide Mortgage. The employee acknowledges that in performing his/her primary duty, he/she shall, during each work week, be customarily engaged away from the company's office. The employee will spend a majority of work time each week away from company's office.
Employee will meet and call on clients, referral sources, realtors, and business prospects at their place of employment or in other social settings away from any Company office.
The employee will develop and maintain their own referral network including realtors, new home sales consultants and other referral sources. Citywide Mortgage will support approved marketing efforts which may include outside training, meetings and luncheons.
Interviews applicants and requests specified information for the loan application.
Analyzes applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan or submits application to underwriting for verification and recommendation.
Corresponds with or interviews applicant to resolve questions regarding application information.
Compiles loan package and facilitates negotiation with applicant according to establishment standards, such as fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms.
May issue loan commitment within specified limits following preliminary underwriting approval.
Ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy.
Works with Team to assure timely loan closings.
Identifies and analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects for residential real estate loans.

Position Summary:
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist II for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Essential Duties:
- Perform complex data and document validation.
- Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).
- Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions.
- Complete appraisal eligibility tasks.
- Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

The **Title and Registration Processor** is responsible for the processing incoming deals for vehicles sold through Retail and Rent2Buy channels. is $14.70 per hour with the opportunity for incentives. **What You'll Do:** - Maintain and process all documents necessary for title and registration.
- Responsible for understanding the various T&R channels for Car Sales operations based on state.
- Process deals electronically and ensure titles are ordered on all deals.
- Ensure all titles are properly filled out and signed off.
- Ensure all documents are accurate and accounted for prior to mailing. Responsible for creating FedEx labels.
- Work incoming mail for retail locations to complete T&R.
- Work directly with the titling agency to ensure that deals have complete information.
- Ensure the proper T&R channel is used to transfer ownership based on the type of transaction.
- Responsible for effective resolution of all red alert or on hold transactions.
- Responsible for research of liens being recorded.
- Handle incoming calls from customers as necessary and answer questions from internal stakeholders.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, including PID information.
