What You’ll Do
Daily job duties include gathering documentation, data entry, review, and validation of loan documentation, pipeline management, analyzing budgets, and identifying line items that may need to be changed in conformity with Builders Capital standard draw requirements.
Obtain and review third-party services (appraisal, title, flood determination, etc.).
Monitor the pipeline to ensure key dates and timelines are met. Proactively work the pipeline to meet monthly closings and set appropriate closing expectations with borrowers.
Lead weekly pipeline meetings with LO and track loan status and progress.
Submission to the Credit Analyst, make sure all required documentation has been obtained before the analyst review.
Obtain the conditions required for closing the loan. Follow up with Borrowers and third-party providers as frequently as daily to obtain the required documents.
Review documentation with an eye for detail to ensure all conditions are accurate and meet Builders Capital requirements.

You will collect all documentation required to complete the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) paystubs, mortgage statement, bank statement W-2. We will provided you with a minimum of 5 pre-qualified leads per week, however you are allowed to share our services with anyone that may be in need. There are no territory restrictions.
Qualifications
We are seeking individuals in the Broward County area with a background in Home Loan Preservation to work as a independent contractor with our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in Home Preservation or Loss Mitigation with Customer interaction. Must have a high school diploma / GED. Pass a criminal background check, have dependable transportation with proof of current liability insurance, access to a computer and a active smart/android cellular phone.
