Principal Objective
Performs administration of commercial loans for the Commercial Banking department. Ensures that loans are processed in a timely manner; internal and external customer service is maintained at a high level; and bank standards practices and procedures are followed. Excellent computer skills and business writing skills are required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with the processing of loan approvals. Assists lenders with closings, including coordination of documentation, preparation of the loan files, funding of the loan and establishment of deposit accounts.
Provides a high level of customer support to clients, lenders, internal departments and others to ensure a high quality experience.
Perform administrative duties, including the preparation of correspondence, presentations, and stocking and ordering of office supplies.

Responsible for completing funding sheets and loan set-up sheets. Enter on FISERV loan system.

Assist in clearing noted pre- and post-closing file conditions and/or exceptions.

All remote work, if allowed, must be performed in a state in which Embrace is registered to do business or presently open to payroll withholding, unemployment insurance as well as workers compensation. Those states are as follows: Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Even if remote work is permitted, some presence in an office may be necessary based on needs, the nature of work, or in support of corporate sponsored events designed to build community. If your position requires an MLO license, you must be employed within commutable distance of an Embrace office (no home offices) and open to reporting to the office location when required.
