Key Responsibilities Process Multiple Loan Products: Handle all aspects of processing for HouseMax Funding's loan products, including DSCR and Bridge (Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction). Average file load of 20 to 25 each month File Setup for Underwriting: Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation; set up complete loan files for underwriting review with a goal of minimizing post UW conditions.
