Promptly respond to all digital loan applications, determine eligibility for memberships, process members' requests working with appropriate personnel in order to satisfactorily service the digital request and complete the loan process within established service level. Act as the main point of contact throughout the loan process, ensuring excellent levels of service by providing guidance on process, product and pricing in a detailed and comprehensive manner. Provide excellent service to members (external and internal) by completing the loan process timely, efficiently and with minimal errors. Update the LOS with loan status notes according to department KPIs. Ensures accuracy in loan application, verification of income and other documents or stipulations required for funding or as required by contract. May conduct follow up contact with member for additional information. Communicate underwriting recommendation to members according to established service level agreement and workflow process. Contribute with development, testing, documenting and training on new workflows and procedures. Assist team members and other departments with lending guidelines, process workflows and loan documentation questions. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of financial industry experience with one years of lending experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic computer skills with general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of California and out of state DMV Policy and Procedures. Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions Responsibilities: Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Qualifications: Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration NMLS license required If you do not have a license, we can help you obtain a license About Company At Seller Door Real Estate & Finance Inc., we bring real estate and lending together under one roof to give agents a powerful advantage.
