Proactively engage in business development activities, including traveling to other branches, participating in local realtor events, and attending various networking events to effectively promote and showcase products and services.
Using various software programs for originating, processing, and closing mortgage loans, analyzes applicant financial status, credit history, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting a loan.
Analyzes potential lending opportunities involved in each lending situation to further assist the applicant as well as increase the credit
union's lending portfolio.
Encourages members on the benefits of utilizing other credit union services.
Corresponds with or interviews applicants to resolve questions regarding application information.

About the Role
The Application Processor is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our scheduling platforms for storage, processing, and data management for license printing purposes in a fast-paced call center environment. The individual will also need to have the ability to lift 20-30-pound boxes on a regular basis. This is a full-time permanent role during Call Center opening hours.
Role Responsibilities
Enter customer certification data into scheduling platforms, frequently, and with an attention to detail.
Print certification license cards for processing and send to clients as needed.
Process emails, phone calls, and faxes from both clients and internally to assist with completing license applications.
Maintain highly confidential records to protect operations.
Maintain quality results by editing layouts including spelling, grammar, punctuation, reproduction, clarity, and consistency, adhering to prepress standards.
Keep equipment operating efficiently by following operating instructions, troubleshooting printer functions or layout problems, and submitting tickets for repairs as needed.
Process bulk and single license requests in a timely manner.
Order and maintain inventory of license printing supplies.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience of data entry activities in an office setting preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desirable.
Fluency in English with good spelling and grammar is expected.
Ability to type an average of 40 words per minute desirable.
