Hours : 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation from 8am-12pm Job Purpose: Prepares loan documents for closing of consumer, agricultural, commercial and real estate loan products to ensure compliance and quality of loan documentation for funding. Duties and Responsibilities: Processing of loan documents to include consumer real estate (TRID) loans for all locations and processing of loan documents for other loan types as needed for the main bank and other locations. Check documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures. Assembles and verifies accuracy of loan documentation. Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data. Maintains new and paid loan files. Performs a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures. Uses office computers for data input and other activities and orders credit reports. Provides administrative support to loan officers including updating loan data for entry into the financial institution's computers and assembling loan documents. Carries out responsibilities with professionalism and respect for others in accordance with the bank's policies. Assists other departments on a temporary basis as needed during peak hours. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience processing consumer real-estate loans. Six months to one year of experience in an office environment. Successful completion of in-house training program (if available) or approved outside training program. Good understanding of financial institution products and services. Working Conditions: This job operates in a normal office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Requirements: This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
