Primary Responsibilities
Lead the growth and development of the Panhandle market for Motto Mortgage Resolutions

Responsible for verifying wire instructions, creating and sending funding packages to our accounting team, making sure checks, invoices and FedEx labels are created and saved to the files for the accounting team to send out as well.
Once wires are initiated the settlement coordinators are also responsible for sending out confirmations of the wires to the parties with the Fed Reference numbers for their files.
Settlement is also engaged when deposits or funds need to be sent if a deal is cancelled or a deposit needs to be sent for Post-Closing items, or if another company is funding a closing.

Job summary
Under general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Loan Processor is responsible for preparing mortgage documents for loan
approval, advising mortgage lenders of needed documents according to established regulations and procedures and working with
the title/escrow company towards “closing” of loan file.
Essential job functions

Compensation Disclosure
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The pay range for this role is $22.50 to $38.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime is paid in accordance with California state and federal labor laws. Additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, may be available based on performance and business needs.

Position Overview:

Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on those documents.
Communicate directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and underwriter to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.) and prepare required disclosures.
Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices received, and in the applicant's E-file.

As Head of Lending, you will lead Kraken's global lending business, covering both on-platform and OTC activities. Must pass National NMLS training and obtain NMLS # as well as maintain annual education requirements. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

The Impact You Will Have

Primary Responsibilities

* Complete KYCs for new clients/entities/loans .
* Follow up with client for missing documentation on DARS report.
* Respond timely and accurately to inquiries from the Bank's Financial Intelligence Unit (KYC/AML) and/or other Support Unit's regarding client transactions and account activity.
* Comply with all Bank policies and procedures and ensure adherence to the Bank's regulatory requirements.
* Client Services
* Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank. Perform follow up with all client requests to ensure completion and satisfaction.
* Resolve client inquiries and complaints and take appropriate action to prevent future problems. Contact clients regarding overdrafts (or other related problems) and perform follow-up necessary to resolve situation. Determine appropriate method of approach.
* Cross Sell
* Analyze client needs in order to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services. Introduce clients to appropriate area within the Bank such as Wealth Management, International, Treasury Management, or to a Private Banker. Maintain complete knowledge of all bank products and services.
* Participate in cross sell activities independently or with the Private Banker, as appropriate. Channel referrals/warm leads from existing clients to the Private Banker or Private Banker Manager.

Position Purpose
We are currently hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) or Teams who proactively identify, develop and maintain a quality network of external relationships and COI's that serve as a source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. The Mortgage Loan Originator performs a wide range of duties related to the origination of residential mortgage loans while providing excellent customer service and effectively managing the pipeline.
Position Responsibilities
Market residential mortgage loan products to real estate agents, prospective homebuyers and/or builder sales representative.
Spend 25% or more of the workday conducting marketing activities and closing business outside of the work-site (including home office).
Originate loan applications ensuring correct pricing, fulfillment of investor guidelines, compliance with federal and state banking credit, and non-discrimination regulations.
Assist the processor in securing needed documentation as required for loan approval.
Constantly review investor guidelines, in order to remain current with agency (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, MHF) and individual investor guidelines.
Maintain high levels of customer service while managing each applicant's and support staffs expectations.
Minimum Education & Experience
A minimum of 3 years' work experience originating residential mortgages.
Experience in originating loans for sale to FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA and/or CDA preferred.
Experience using a mortgage loan management system is required; Encompass experience highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
