As a customer facing person, this individual is also responsible for providing our borrowers with exceptional customer service and transparency into the process. Maintain the tickler maintenance (financial statement updates, insurance certificates, UCC re-filing etc) on each loan booked/boarded on the appropriate systems. Prepare annual letters requesting updated financial and insurance information for each member business loan. Perform a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of department procedures.
