    RESOURCE BANK Loan Servicing and Collateral Specialist This position reports to the Loan Administration Manager and is responsible for performing duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation. Position may require learning new systems as entry level support, answering phones, filing and copying, and various loan maintenance. Essential Functions: Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. Create and/or modify memos, spreadsheets, policy or procedure documentation, or similar. Scans all Loan Documentation within the electronic imaging system. Assist with workflow of department. Review various daily reports. Coordinate the receipt and approval of departmental bills and submit to Accounting Department in timely manner. Handles all of the Paid files. Research and prepare collateral release such as Mortgage Cancellations, UCC Terminations, Auto Titles, Life Insurance Policies. Prepare and track all Mortgage Re-Inscriptions. Prepare and balance the Letters of Credits. Make copies of correspondence and other printed material. Manage departmental files. Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. Uses independent judgment and decision making in carrying out the essential functions of the position. Conduct UCC Continuations. All other duties as assigned.
